We booked a quadruple room for our family of four, and it was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The place is conveniently located near MTR Exit A1, with lots of food options nearby. Ate May was very kind and assisted us throughout our entire stay. The reception is on the 5th floor while our room was on the 10th floor. There’s also a shared refrigerator and free water refill available on the same floor. Overall, we had a really good stay at Joyce House.

Mieliśmy komfortowy pobyt w tym miejscu. -czysty pokój -Wi-Fi było w porządku -codziennie sprzątają nasz kosz na śmieci -codziennie dostarczają darmową wodę butelkowaną (chyba 1 l lub 1,5 l) -lokalizacja jest idealna - (blisko przystanków autobusowych, metra, sklepów spożywczych, piekarni i w odległości spaceru od wspaniałych atrakcji w okolicy TST) -zapewnione kosmetyki - czajnik (choć bez kubka dla dwóch użytkowników) Jedyne, czego się obawiam, to winda :) Kiedy docierasz na żądane piętro, wydaje się, że najpierw jest dużo podskoków, zanim się ustabilizuje. Ale następnego dnia załapałam, o co chodzi, haha.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Well located, the airport bus stops are only 2 minutes' walk away. As the Lodge is away from the main street, it provides a quiet stay. Room is clean and tidy, kudos to the housekeeping staff!

Service was very good. We were initially placed in a double room after mentioning we preferred twin beds, but when we asked politely, the front desk attendant immediately changed our room. She was lovely and 5/5 for service. The room was clean on arrival and the beds were neatly made. Amenities were sufficient, although the property seems more geared toward long-term renters than short stays. The area itself is not ideal. There is a noticeable homeless population nearby and not much to do within walking distance. It is also a bit of a walk to reach public transport such as the MTR. We could not figure out how to operate the older window-mounted air conditioner, and the TV/remote did not work during our stay. Overall, it was an okay stay. However, I would not recommend the area, as it felt somewhat dodgy. The hotel also has many rules that are sent in advance — make sure to read them carefully, as there are several policies that may result in fines.

A small and inexpensive room in a very good location close to a metro station. Walking distance to some of the city's major attractions. Good option for very short stay if you don't expect luxury.

This place is incredible! I couldn’t be more happy to live in this place. The service here is the best. The woman at the reception treat every guests very well. The room is clean and tidy. It’s small but like all the rooms in tsim sha tsui, yet practical. The location is amazing! Three steps to get to mtr. Very convenient. They provide drinking water and WiFi and amenities. All ready to live. Very recommend!

Wszystko jest w porządku, w popularnej lokalizacji wzdłuż linii metra. To nie jest luksusowy hotel, ale jest w nim przytulnie. Pokój nie jest duży, ale jest czysty i schludny, a także ma wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Zarezerwowałem pokój z podwójnym łóżkiem, ponieważ nie było już dostępnych pokoi jednoosobowych. Przede wszystkim łóżko jest czyste i schludne, klimatyzator jest zamontowany na ścianie i jego funkcje są całkowicie w porządku, a w telewizji mogę oglądać programy. Toaleta jest trochę mała ale wystarczająca. Następnie po otwarciu drzwi znajdują się trzy pokoje, co osobiście uważam za całkiem dobre, bo dzięki temu unikamy chodzenia tam i z powrotem osób niebędących turystami. Siostra w punkcie obsługi klienta jest bardzo entuzjastyczna i delikatna, haha. Kolejność zdjęć: 1908 to drzwi główne (karta magnetyczna), a za drzwiami 1908 znajduje się wideo-wifi. Bardzo opłacalne. Na korytarzu za drzwiami punktu obsługi klienta znajduje się mnóstwo notatek od podróżnych. Sam napisałem jeden, kiedy odchodziłem, i było wspaniale. Powiedziałeś to tak dobrze, że obawiam się, że w przyszłości nie będę mógł zarezerwować pokoju, a nawet że cena wzrośnie. Ale dobre rzeczy trzeba dzielić się.

Good location in Mongkok, right off the Gold Fish Market and very near the Ladies Market, MRT stations and bus stops. Hotel quite new, modern design, and functional. Hotel common areas smell good and clean. One concern was that the type of room we booked on Trip.com was not the actual room provided to us during check in. So we expected a larger room as advertised. Would let that pass though.

This hostel's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's just a few minutes' walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit A, at 48 Haiphong Road. For anyone hitting the streets of Hong Kong, the convenience of getting around is a perfect 10. Even though I stayed in a dorm room, it was much better than I expected. The room wasn't damp and felt very cozy. I was on the 3rd floor in the male dorm, and I didn't find the street outside noisy at all at night. Everyone gets a locker with a key, which made me feel totally secure. Both the room and common areas were kept very clean; the cleaning lady was incredibly diligent. But what I have to praise the most is the landlady! She is genuinely super nice, incredibly kind, and gentle. My flight on the day of check-out was in the evening, and I still had plans for the afternoon. I asked if I could store my luggage, just to try my luck, and she immediately said yes, completely free of charge and without a deposit (this really touched me!). It allowed me to continue sightseeing without the burden of my bags. As for amenities, they are very traveler-friendly: free WiFi (stable signal), Mainland China sockets and universal adapters are provided, along with basic toiletries like toothbrushes and slippers. The common area has a fridge and microwave, making it convenient to store and prepare any food you buy. Overall, for this price in Hong Kong, to enjoy such a prime location, clean environment, and thoughtful service, the value for money is truly exceptional! It's especially suitable for backpackers looking to save on accommodation while still wanting a secure and conveniently located place. A big thank you to the landlady for her care; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Hong Kong!

Czystość: Pokój jest czysty, a otoczenie przypomina Hongkong. To alejka z wieloma pokojami. W pokoju jest dobra woda, jest chłodno i czysto. Mogą jednak być potrzebne zatyczki do uszu ze względu na wentylator lub hałas samochodów. Lokalizacja: Dobra, ponieważ w pobliżu znajduje się prom, a bliskość tramwajów ułatwia poruszanie się. Dzielnica biznesowa jest dobra, a wieczorami można dobrze zjeść i napić się. Obsługa: Nie ma nic złego. Są przyjaźni. Słyszałem, że pokój jest na 9. piętrze, ale biuro było na 11. piętrze, więc trochę się zgubiłem. Udogodnienia: Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, w tej cenie jedynym problemem jest zameldowanie, ale po wejściu do pokoju nie ma na co narzekać. Ogólnie: Lubię jeździć tramwajem, jest on trochę oddalony od centrum miasta, ale prom jest blisko, więc jeśli nie masz problemu ze spaniem na łóżku piętrowym, to myślę, że nie ma powodu, żeby nie wrócić.
