First time I stayed here it was 10/10 the young Aussie girl was very helpful and let me check in early. I booked a 2nd time because the view was so nice and the hotel was lovely however they chucked me in a room at the back 2nd time round which just had a view of the shell garage. Also the room wasn’t as done up as the others and the bathroom wasn’t as nice. So it really depends on what room you get,

Excellent location in town and could park directly outside our room. We were out the back, which was quiet. It had good laundry facilities, washing machines and driers. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and had a nice hot shower.

I attended a wedding at this beautiful venue, which it had won awards for, and rightly so. The venue is ideal for weddings and conferences with a golf course as well. Close to vineyards and breweries in the area. The Vines, however do not have a vineyard or cellar door but do have a few vines in the garden area where our wedding was. The food on the night was delicious. The selection of wines were well thought out as well. Rooms were large, although outdoor seating isn't private and overlooks each room, tennis courts and even the ceremonial garden. There is a great pool and mini golf to keep the kids entertained. Staff were quite pleasant at the bar and restaurant but exceptional service was displayed on the night. I would seriously recommend a wedding and/or conference here.

The SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the  split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God proved an excellent leveller for the crooked TV. The hotel was in a great position, close to the centre of town and the surrounding attractions. A modern well appointed hotel ideally situated across from the famous Busselton jetty. A rarity was the free parking provided by the hotel. Our room looked as if it was built only months ago, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great friendly service. The only negative was an alarm going off at 6 a.m.. It only lasted for seconds with an announcement of a critical incident. The power went off and the door lock opened. Looking into the hallway neighbouring guests were exiting and the fire doors had closed so we dressed and exited also down the stairs. Once outside we looked into the lobby to see all was normal. With another couple we approached staff to enquire about the situation. We were told it was a false alarm but unfortunately no announcements were made to clarify no need to be concerned. Returning back to our room via the elevator we found the fire doors still activated, so back to the desk. The other couple arrived seconds later with the same problem. Most concerning how lax management were about the situation. I’m sorry with a smile and too bad it happened. An hour after the power went off again and our door unlocked. I mentioned it on departure and they said glitches had been happening. Most disappointing end to what should have been a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. Highly suggest a staff review.

Po pierwsze przybyliśmy o 3:00 (sprawdź w 2:00) poinformowali nas, że pokój nie jest gotowy. Inni również poinformowali o tym samym, a wszyscy otrzymaliśmy kupon na drinka, aby iść do kawiarni. To było dobre, ale potem minęła godzina, a ten nie mógł nam powiedzieć, jak długo będzie nasz pokój gotowy. Więc wyjechaliśmy na kolację do miasta, a potem zadzwonili o 5:40, żeby powiedzieć, że nasz pokój był gotowy. Więc czekaliśmy ponad 2 i pół godziny! Potem dotarliśmy do naszego pokoju tylko, aby znaleźć, że szyba przeciekała i dywan był absolutnie zamoczony, i na okładkach łóżek były plamy / bloki . Więc poradziliśmy przednim biurkiem , poszliśmy na kąpiel w basenie podczas gdy oni rozwiązywali problem. Następnie powiedzieli nam, że musimy przenieść pokoje , i to było upgrade, zaoferowali nam darmowe śniadanie na upgrade, ponieważ miejsce było w pełni zarezerwowane, więc nie było nic innego możemy zrobić . Nowy pokój smażony musztarda i ponownie dywany były wilgotne, ponieważ uważam, że prysznic / łazienka musi przeciekać pod podłogami. Doradziłem dla biurka, że to jest zdrowie problem, ponieważ forma zdecydowanie rośnie w pokojach. Można powiedzieć, że jest tak od dawna, ponieważ kolor dywanu wzdłuż ściany jest czarny. Taka wstyd, bo obiekty basenu są niesamowite, i lokalizacja. Ale jest absolutnie biegnie i brudne.

Was so nice to arrive early, and be granted check-in 🤩 Deb was very obliging, pleasant and helpful, even organising and extremely generous breakfast delivered to our room the evening before we departed before 6am, WELL DONE

Nice location at the heart of Exmouth. I drove so everywhere was accessible, markets and cafes in 10 minutes walking distance. Easy pick up point for tours. I stayed in a dormitory, great receptionist to put me within the females (as it was not a selection here). Kitchen and communal facilities very basic, doesn’t have salt and pepper. Next to bar and party area, every Friday live DJ until 12am. I could hear the beats from my room.

Oh my god I love this hotel Warm cookie on arrival honestly revives me after a long journey The staff here have always been so welcoming and helpful, I really cannot sing their praises enough. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, the shower is powerful and comes with robes and slippers Location is great, so close to so many great food and drink options Pool at this hotel is gorgeous Would recommend

Perfect apartment, ideal for a family of 4, good location,with everything you need. Would book again
