„Hotel jest bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja jest doskonała. To nowy budynek mieszkalny z apartamentami do wynajęcia, z zamkniętym terenem i ochroną. Urząd Stanu Cywilnego znajduje się na 19. piętrze w mieszkaniu nr 1914. Metro jest bardzo, bardzo blisko, co pozwala dotrzeć w dowolne miejsce. Wszystko jest czyste, są akcesoria (jednorazowe) do czepków higienicznych, patyczki higieniczne, szczoteczki do zębów z pastą, grzebień, kapcie (po prostu super piękne i grube), szampon, odżywka, żel pod prysznic. 🤗 Pralka z suszarką, co jest ważne dla rodzin z dziećmi. „I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. „Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.”

The facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has a separation between wet and dry areas, there’s a complete range of household appliances, excellent sound insulation, and after a long day of traveling, you can simply lie down and rest, fully alleviating travel fatigue. In particular, I would like to give sincere praise to two staff members: Xiao Qiu at the front desk, who was highly efficient in handling check-in and check-out procedures, with a gentle and patient demeanor. She provided detailed explanations about the hotel’s facilities and breakfast times. She also proactively recommended local attractions and culinary routes. When we had questions, she responded promptly and kindly throughout our stay. Lucky, the room service staff, worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring daily cleanliness was thorough. He promptly replenished amenities and even tidied up the workspace when we brought personal items with us. He was low-key yet professional. The breakfast menu was diverse, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western flavors. The housekeeping and security personnel were courteous as well. The entire hotel’s service lacked the impersonal, assembly-line feel, demonstrating genuine care in every aspect. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would choose this place again when visiting this city in the future. I also recommend it to fellow travelers.lucky 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying. More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say. The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. The front desk service was excellent. Xiaolingtong (staff member's name or nickname) was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot during my stay, taking great care of me.
