On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

超乎想象的好，就在中蘇金街上，離滿洲里火車站也超近。我晚上10點到火車站，步行過去10分鐘不到。出行方便，吃飯方便，可以坐公交車去國門，套娃景區都沒問題。 房間隔音非常棒，是我住過在過道鋪地毯隔音最好的酒店！性價比高，房間衞生也很乾凈。唯一小小的遺憾是衞生間沒有做乾濕分離。

The location was good and everything nearby was convenient. However, there was a serious issue with SMOKING!!!!!. Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if people had been smoking there for a long time. I couldn’t sleep at all because when I lay down on the bed, the cigarette smell was very strong. I ended up with a headache, and my nose even started to hurt. There was also an additional unpleasant smell besides the cigarette smoke. Because of this, I would not recommend this place. Also, they charged a 100 yuan deposit, which was not mentioned in the listing.

It was a nice experience, it was our first time in Baotou and Shangri La was good choice, nice service and staff and also delicios breakfast and best location

The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better. Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to shops and stores. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable I really liked it. The service was good, and I think it would be even more beautiful in summer with a nice lake view room. Cons: Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich, the taste is delicious, the price is high, the service and facilities exceed expectations; the overall stay experience is pleasant, and it is highly recommended to give friends.

It's not the Grand Hyatt international, but you are welcome.Some english spoken,but registration took a bit longer.Room is good Standart with good wifi. Good shopping and restaurants in the surrounding.

Convenient location just in the middle of the town; friendly staff& good service provided. So I decided come back here stay 2more nights before finish our Inner Mongolia trip ;)
