„Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.”

„一家值得全5分的酒店，山南這個地方，超出了我的預期，也讓我從新認識“希爾頓”，這個品牌。 酒店服務，從進門就給人，很贊，很貼心，給人感覺很專業，可以看出來，品牌管理很到位。入住辦理很迅速。還給我們送上了暖暖的紅景天茶。 酒店房間設計很大方，而且人性化，那天晚上睡得很舒服。 酒店的早餐，也很有特色，選擇好多，麪包款式好吃而款式美，工作人員會主動地給住客做當地的餈粑，好好吃。 周邊用餐地方很多，有市場，超市，飯店，均可以步行到達。 酒店晚上還有夜粥，牛奶，小麪包，吃完，很安睡。因為時間的關係，沒有多住一天，可惜了，明年去阿里，肯定會再回來您們家的。或者後續有希爾頓，也會優先選擇。”

„A Life-Saving Stay with Breathtaking Views!” My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. If you're visiting Tibet, **this hostel is a must-stay**—comfort, care, and stunning views all in one! **10/10 experience.** -”

„特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。 後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。 位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！”

„這酒店簡直超乎我的預期酒店方便程度超乎五顆星出門就有吃的逛的煙火氣十足早上有很多人做蟲草交易會比店裡便宜跟多晚上也有賣新鮮蔬菜水果的真的特別新鮮還有本地小吃那個酸奶真的要嘗一下 酒店的隔壁就是一個餐館很乾凈餐館老闆也很好會給你的麪加量還有裏面的蘿蔔菜特別好吃 酒店老闆很熱心啊我們定的是標間他給我們升級成親子房一個特別大的房間還給我們講了下本地的風俗習慣很親切呀 還有一衹拉布拉多特別可愛很親人他叫卡拉”

„I stayed for four days, so here are my impressions. Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions. Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in. Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call! The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise! The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable. Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me. Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels.”

„One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!”

„The whole itinerary has a great stay experience, focusing on praise for the front desk Yang Qing. The little girl has a lively and outgoing personality, and the reception guests are very sincere. Not only is the business professional, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the chat is fun and talkative. I consulted various problems related to travel, oxygen supply facilities, eating and playing around. Yang Qing explained clearly and took the initiative to give a lot of practical travel advice. I can meet such a warm-hearted and interesting staff in a different place, and I feel very practical. The overall hardware of the hotel is good, plus the intimate service of Yangqing, the overall experience is directly upgraded, it is highly recommended that all travelers stay, and I wish the kind and enthusiastic Yangqing work smoothly.”

„This is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely. The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn ! Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean. Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off. A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet.”

„This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.”
