I booked this hotel for just one night, expecting a simple, comfortable stay. What I received was so much more than that. It was a flawless, beautiful, and truly memorable experience from start to finish. Everything was amazing, and I mean everything. Let me start with the arrival. The moment I entered the lobby, I was struck by how beautiful and serene it was. It smelled incredible, it looked immaculate, and the ambiance was calm, luxurious, and welcoming. The reception team welcomed me with such genuine warmth and professionalism. Check-in took less than two minutes, and I was made to feel instantly valued and at home. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. My room was an absolute dream. I wish I could give you a tour of it. It was spotless beyond words - you could see the attention to detail in every corner. The design was modern, elegant, and tastefully done, with soft warm lighting that created such a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was pure heaven. The linens were crisp, fresh, and soft, the pillows were plush and perfect, and the mattress was the kind you sink into and never want to leave. I had the deepest, most peaceful sleep I have had in months. It was completely silent, dark, and tranquil. Absolute bliss. The amenities were outstanding. Everything was high quality, thoughtfully placed, and more than I expected. The bathroom was sparkling clean, luxurious, and felt like a private spa. Great water pressure, fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, and that perfect level of cleanliness that makes you feel truly comfortable. But what truly elevates a good hotel to a great hotel is the people, and here, the team is exceptional. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. They anticipate your needs before you even ask. They smile, they listen, they care. That level of hospitality cannot be taught, it comes from the heart. They made my short one-night stay feel incredibly personal and special. Breakfast the next morning, the departure, the overall organization, everything flowed so perfectly. I left feeling rested, recharged, and genuinely grateful. For anyone reading this and thinking of booking, please do. For one night, for a weekend, for a business trip or a getaway, you will not find a better place. I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel environment was clean and refreshing overall, and the room was meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. The bed was just right in terms of softness and firmness, ensuring a restful sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the Wi-Fi is stable. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for your travels.

I stayed in Holiday Inn for the second time. I stayed in room 301. The room was very clean and tidy. It had a bigger than expected bathroom with good mirrors and a bath. The toiletries were good. It was very busy in the hotel and the breakfast was very busy with families. The breakfast was Ok the cooked breakfast was hot but the sweet pastries were limited. The range of cold meats was good. The fruit was good. The coffee was good. The breakfast spice was good. I did not use the health facilities. The bar was busy and I had to wait to buy a soft drink. The range of food on offer was good. I really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn. The service was good and I liked the luggage store facilities. These were free. The locality is good for food outlets and there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel. It takes 18 mins to walk to the station. There was a marathon on while I stayed. So it was busy everywhere. The images shown here are of the spaces inside the hotel to eat, my breakfast, the free water, and the foyer space. I would stay here again. It’s only 47 mins to London and it’s a great price and a quiet hotel compared to London prices. Mexicans living in London were celebrating Cinco de Mayo outside the National gallery today and it was really great! The Milton Keynes marathon was also on today!

Overall, we felt this hotel offered really good value for money, especially considering the location. It was a convenient base for visiting Windsor and the surrounding areas, while being noticeably more affordable than many of the hotels closer to the town centre. For anyone planning a short stay around Windsor, we think this is a practical and budget-friendly option. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the privacy of the curtains, which blocked the light well and made it easier to rest properly. The bed and duvet were also very comfortable, and overall the atmosphere felt quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the general experience was smooth and hassle-free. Another positive point was the convenience of the location. It was easy to drive to nearby attractions and restaurants, and having parking available made the trip much less stressful. Compared with accommodation prices in Windsor itself, this felt like a much better-value choice without being too far away. The only area we felt could be improved was the carpet in the room and hallway. It seemed a little old and worn, and in some areas it looked slightly dirty, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The room itself generally felt tidy, but replacing or deep-cleaning the carpets would probably make the hotel feel much fresher and more modern.

Firstly the photo’s are misleading. The room was very disappointing. The bedding was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The decor was tired to say the least. There were stains on the lampshade. The desk light was so dusty I could write my name in it. The bathroom needs up grading. It was very worn and it’s not great to be using a shower curtain in this day and age. To add to this we were presented with a Sunday menu but no roasts were available and no burgers. The staff were polite but looked as tired and drained as the environment. Returning to our springy protruding bed we were woken up by the fire alarm at 1:30am. We gathered in the car park but no one came to check on us, so we wondered back in. We were woken up again at 7:45am by the fire alarm again (appears they have to be super sensitive to keep every one safe!) so that saved some battery power on our mobiles. We were going to stay for breakfast but thought maybe not. The good points: I got a 50% refund. The shower was hot and did the job and the hair and body stuff  was surprisingly good. Overall it is such a shame. The hotel could be delightful, the coach house area could be quaint and the room was a good size. I personally would pop to the local charity shop and pick up some second hand lamps and get the stained ones into a skip. Lesson learnt I should have read the reviews and not trusted the photos. Overall disappointing and could not wait to leave.

From the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room. Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries. I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all. Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention. Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel La Tour. The room was fairly clean. The staff were nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and the gorgeous view of the Campbell Park.

Lovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

Mercure is a great quality hotel. From when we arrived, the front desk staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, good location too.

The staff were nice and helpful. However, the location is not convenient for foreigners due to travel difficulties, road closures, and diversions. The cleanliness was also below expectations. There was no air conditioning, which made it very difficult to sleep during the summer. Overall, I don’t think the stay was worth the price… if the price is low it will be okay..
