To pięciogwiazdkowy hotel według japońskich standardów biznesowych, ale trzygwiazdkowy według standardów światowych, dlatego dałem mu cztery gwiazdki. Doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. Nawet w Azji rzadko można znaleźć hotel tej jakości w tej cenie. Choć nie jest luksusowy, jest całkowicie akceptowalny dla japońskich gustów.
Właściciel, Slav, jest niesamowicie pracowity i miły. Chociaż pozostali pracownicy są różni, wydaje się, że wszystko jest pod kontrolą właściciela.
Hotel jest trochę daleko od miasta, ale można dojść pieszo. Jest dogodnie położony w drodze na lotnisko. Supermarket znajduje się tuż przed przystankiem autobusowym i po drugiej stronie ulicy, a także pyszna piekarnia tuż po drugiej stronie ulicy.
Woda z kranu nadaje się do picia. Przy recepcji znajduje się dystrybutor wody.
Nie ma żelazka. Podobno pranie chemiczne można oddać za jedną torbę o wartości 20 GEL, jeśli zgłosi się taką potrzebę do godziny 16:00.
Śniadanie serwowane jest od 9:00 do 11:00. Przygotowali dla nas nawet specjalne śniadanie, gdy mieliśmy wczesny wylot lub późny lot z lotniska.
Byliśmy pierwszymi japońskimi gośćmi, którzy zatrzymali się w tym hotelu. Wygląda na to, że w mieście nie ma wielu japońskich turystów, ale jeśli odwiedzasz Kutaisi, polecam ten hotel. Pobyt był bardzo udany.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is.

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację. Za oknem widać Fontannę Złotego Runa. Higiena jest przeciętna, wyposażenie pokoju jest przeciętne i stare, podejście obsługi jest dobre, ale szkoda, że nie ma wtyczki konwersyjnej. Przyjaciele w Chinach powinni pamiętać, żeby zabrać ze sobą własną.

The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels.
Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety.
Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches.

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

Environment: A small, charming family hotel with clean, simple, and cozy rooms. The courtyard houses three rooms, and our family was completely booked that day. It's located in the heart of Kutaisi, just 200 to 300 meters from the central square. Parking is available right outside (incredibly important for those of us driving). There's also a chain supermarket less than 200 meters away, making shopping incredibly convenient.
Amenities: Not only are toiletries, pajamas, and slippers all available, but there's also a separate kitchenette available for free use, complete with pots, pans, and tableware. While Western-style cooking isn't easy, it's perfectly adequate for simple home-cooked meals.
Service: The owner is a very handsome and polite young man. He runs the hotel with his beautiful young mother, both of whom are very welcoming and friendly.

Next, the good side, the small yard is well cleaned up, the boss and the wife are very enthusiastic, but the old man may often drink a little more, but he is really enthusiastic and at home, in line with the experience of the homestay. If you can't find it, ask people with the picture. There is a error of about 100 meters between positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone around knows the old man.
