From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.”

„設備設施維護的都很好，有很多趣味性的corner，比如書籍借閲和温泉水直飲的室外休息區 入住接待和介紹十分熱情，講解也很細緻，會帶着你整個設施都逛一圈然後在到房間裏每個個室再講解一遍，包括用餐時間、餐食風格以及check out那天如何出行，是否要預約車送行都會一一確認 二泊的餐食中規中矩，和食一貫的風格，少量多種類，味道也不錯。值得一提的是女將非常熱情，還會主動提出給我們拍合照，聊天還會誇誇，情緒價值拉滿 Btw，入住時送的唐芋小點心真的好吃！走之前特地去gift shop裏買了好幾盒帶走，甜甜的又很軟，適合長者家吃 整體來説配得上這個價格，值得花時間寫這麼多評價，下次有機會還會來住”

„One of the few tall buildings in the town, equipped with rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen. Walkable distance to places around town. The hotel is renovating, but no disturbances from that, and I’m certain that after it finished, it will be great. Good facilities and hospitality. If I’m go back to the town, I would stay here again.”

„My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration.”

„由車站乘坐酒店提供的接駁巴士大約十分鐘可到達酒店，但必須要提前email預約，酒店提供無限酒水飲用，款類眾多，溫泉水質良好，房間也是正宗溫泉水，值得一讚，也可以要求酒店安排免接駁車到達附近的景點，但需提前預約， 武雄禦船山公園值得一去，此地方可消磨兩個小時，需購買入場券，觀賞完畢後可提前預約免費由酒店提供的接駁車回程，酒店的早餐及晚餐也值得一試！”

„I recently enjoyed a lovely holiday stay at Fairfield. This hotel appears to be quite new, and the rooms were very comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. It was convenient for getting around and accessing various attractions, which made it ideal for my holiday. While my stay was overall very positive, there were a couple of things to note. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, so dining options require venturing out. Additionally, there is no onsen (Japanese hot spring bath) available at the property. Despite these minor points, I found Fairfield Marriott to be a comfortable and well-located hotel that I would certainly consider staying at again for a holiday.”
