Arrived on a heavy snow and my shoe were all wet. Were told that our room were not ready but the lady quickly offered me a Shoe Dryer to dry my shoe. The room were quite spacious. It has beautiful view of Mt Fuji. The onsen have the same beautiful view of Mt Fuji. 20 mins walk to the Kawaguchi station. But within 5 mins walk around the hotel, there are Lawson, restaurants and also a huge supermarket. Recommended.

Location is good. Room is spacious. There is a sightseeing bus stop just nearby the hotel. U can walk from Kawaguchiko station as well. Breakfast is yummy and full. Mt. Fuji can be seen from car park of hotel. Kawaguchiko lake just across the road. Very nice view.

The location and view are excellent, it was close to Mt. Fuji. With clear and good weather, you are able to see Mt. Fuji with a specular view. The staff provides excellent service to the quests. If I am really critical, it just doesn't have a gym room. Breakfast and dinner are great too, high quality! Highly recommended!

Perfect for groups and special occasions , would love to return I truly believe this villa offers an amazing view of Mount Fuji, especially with its rooftop area. Unfortunately, due to the weather during our stay, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji at all. That said, I can imagine how stunning it would be on a clear day. This was our New Year trip, and on New Year’s Eve we bought ingredients from the supermarket and cooked a reunion dinner here. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, which was extremely thoughtful and made the experience feel just like home. I highly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family traveling together. The villa has two floors, allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy. There are separate bathrooms and kitchen areas, which makes staying together very comfortable. We could gather on the rooftop to hang out, then each return to our own rooms to rest. Despite missing the Mount Fuji view this time, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The villa is very spacious and the service is great! They explained everything clearly during check in including the best time to watch sunrise with Mt Fuji. The breakfast room service was also amazing as we can eat in the garden with Fuji view. The thing that I love the most is the big bath tub with medicinal stones. Everything is great and highly recommended as the location is near the train station too!

The room is spacious and cozy. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. Facilities are plentiful. The view is stunning! We booked a mountain view and we got it! The staffs are kind and friendly. They can communicate in English quite well. The hotel also has a hotspring. It is a great place for everyone, especially a couple or a family

This hotel may be a bit remote, but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful—and absolutely perfect if you’re hoping to catch the sunrise. While you can’t see Mt. Fuji directly from the room, you only need to step out onto the road in front of the hotel to get an incredible view. I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise over Mt. Fuji—it’s truly unforgettable. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is super convenient. I strongly recommend biking along the nearby cycling and walking paths; there’s a beautiful lakeside area with stunning, unobstructed views of Mt. Fuji, and best of all, it’s completely quiet with hardly anyone around. The owner is very warm and welcoming. We rented a car so we didn’t need the free station pick-up service, but it’s great that they offer it—it makes getting there easy even without a car. Just make sure to buy any food or drinks you’ll need in advance, since there aren’t any stores or restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely traditional Japanese inn vibe. It was such a relaxing stay—I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful with a touch of old-school charm.

Personel był niezwykle przyjazny. Chociaż w tym obiekcie często przebywają obcokrajowcy, glamping jest bardzo relaksujący. Do dyspozycji gości jest łaźnia na świeżym powietrzu, dzięki czemu nocny widok jest piękny, a rano, w zależności od pogody, można dostrzec górę Fudżi tuż przed sobą. Brama torii wewnątrz obiektu oferuje widok na górę Fudżi i jest doskonałym miejscem do robienia zdjęć. Zatrzymaliśmy się z rodziną i chętnie skorzystalibyśmy z tego obiektu ponownie.

Great experience here. They ensured check-in was smooth. The view of Mt Fuji is spectacular. Our room had the close-up view of Mt Fuji. Really great experience staying here. We cancelled our morning plans to stay in the hotel to enjoy it more before we check-out. Staffs are really friendly and can speak English. However, if you want to contact them before the stay, you'll have to call them, as they rarely respond to emails. They also provided with 2 free tickets of Fuji Q Highland theme park tickets. However, take note that in order to take rides in the park, you'll need to purchase a separate ticket for each ride. The ticket they've provided is only for entry into the park. Overall, a great stay and enjoyed the experience here.

I really liked the hotel overall 1. The staff was very nice and knew some english so conversation was possible. Fast response times in chat is good service 2. Breakfast was really good 3. Location is very good, got bus stops around the hotel and you can use google maps to know which buses to take, when they come. I used suica card on apple wallet or on app on the scanner when boarding the bus to get around. The bus which is like 5 minutes walk can take you to lake kawaguchiko, gotemba premium outlets, and more. You also got lawson within 4 minutes walk which is a pretty cool convenience store that also has things like katsu sandwiches and cheeseburgers for snacks, ogino a grocery store within 6 min walk, and some other soup restaurants like udon and hoto noodles 4. Close to the lake pier which is great for biking around Lake Yamanaka which was probably my favorite part of visiting besides the local food it is what I would say life changingly beautiful 5. The onsen which is inside the hotel was very relaxing and nice, and you can put cold water into it if its too hot Now i haven't been to other hotels around the area so I cant compare but I would definitely come again
