We had a really pleasant stay at SeaSky Siargao! The location was one of the highlights since it’s conveniently located near General Luna, making it easy for us to get around and visit different places. We were also really happy that we were able to check in early, which was a big plus especially after traveling. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and all of our requests were accommodated during our stay. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also really yummy and filling. One small suggestion would be to have a different viand each day, as the viand was sometimes repeated, but overall, we really enjoyed the food. We did encounter an issue with the shower door being broken and needing a little fixing, but it wasn’t a major concern since we were still able to use it properly. Another thing to note is that the property doesn’t have an elevator, so guests staying on the upper floors should be prepared to use the stairs. However, one BIG plus for us was that they have a generator. We experienced a blackout during our stay, but having a generator was definitely a huge advantage and made the situation much more manageable. We also really appreciated their van transfer service. The pickup and drop-off were both on time with no delays, which made our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at SeaSky Siargao. The convenient location, early check-in, accommodating staff, good breakfast, reliable van transfers, and especially the generator during the blackout made our experience worthwhile. We would definitely consider staying here again when we’re back in Siargao! ❤️

Hotel location ok, but not very well signed. Appalling parking. Room allocated (Queen) ok but location appalling ( open curtains to look onto maintenance yard!) Very poor hot water in shower/bathroom. Towels appalling, very old and very hard. Wouldn’t clean my car with them. Restaurant food very good except no wine of any nature despite the menu offering a wide selection. So very poor management control. Swimming pool okay except some scum on surface of water and the mosaic tiles in and around pool needed cleaning  badly and missing and loose tiles needed replacing. Better house keeping needed.

Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Our flight arrived early, and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in as early as 11:00 AM, which we truly appreciated. They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone who simply wants to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat.

Overall a very good resort, located on the main road close to all the action and night life. They provide a free tuk tuk to take you to a particular place on this road whether it is a restaurant or the Cloud nine beach. The resort has its own small beach. The villas have a fan and air con.. The bathroom has 2 showers, one inside and one outside which is nice.The shower heads though are due for decalcification to provide a good and comfortable shower. Be aware that villas that are located close to the road are quite noisy. Breakfast is buffet style and is served near the pool. If you arrive before the official check in time of 2pm and even if your villa is ready, you will have to pay an extra fee to get the key.

However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of dust. The complimentary toiletries were not provided upon check-in, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom. The water supply appeared to come from a deep well and had an unpleasant smell. I also found it unusual that the pillows were covered with bed sheets instead of proper pillowcases. The most disappointing experience happened at 1:30 AM, when the receptionist called our room and woke us up to ask if they could borrow our air conditioner remote. We were told that three other guests had complained because they didn’t have air conditioner remotes, and the staff said they only had one remote available. Waking sleeping guests in the middle of the night to solve an internal hotel issue is highly unprofessional and significantly disrupted our rest. Overall, while the room size, affordability, and free breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service need major improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

One of the standout features is the guest-only pool, perfectly positioned beside the restaurant. The setting is spectacular, with uninterrupted views of the sea that make every meal feel special. The food is consistently good, the cocktails are expertly made, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the accommodation. With only eight rooms, the hotel feels intimate, exclusive, and wonderfully peaceful. Waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean directly in front of you and the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore is an experience that's hard to put into words. It's the kind of place where you instantly slow down and appreciate your surroundings. The entire property is picturesque, tranquil, and incredibly well-positioned. The place is clean, accessible and near the mall. However, faucet needs repair, tv cable connection needs upgrade (not clear channels). Staff were great and showed excellent service though. Kudos!
