It was a pleasant stay here, with easy access to nabawi. I booked a room with a kitchen. ************* I got a spacious bed room, 2 bed room, 2 bathroom, 3 refrigerator, a living room. The location is also very strategic, in front of As syafiyah museum , many making it easy for us to shop. The view is beautiful. There are three entrances leading to different locations, so you have plenty of options for where you want to go. Elevator access is also plentiful and fast. I actually booked a room with a view of the Haram, but Qadarullah, upon check-in, it turned out the room I'd booked was unavailable. I was replaced with a room with a partial Haram view, and was given compensation for sahur during my stay. I was a little disappointed, but that's okay; it was fate, and Allah will replace it with something better, inshaallah, ************* 'ala kulli hal. May Allah invite us back here in better condition and get a view of the Haram.

Service beyond expectations. Was upgraded to Presidential Suite from Junior Suite with Partial Haram View by the polite and kind DM Anas. Very large living area. Bed is very comfortable and nice bed linen and pillows. Hotel is close to men’s entrance to haram mosque. Look forward for the widespread bf and dinner of quality. For someone fussy about food pretty pleased. Restaurant staff servers do their due diligence to serve but sometime they cater better service to certain individuals. Table setting can be improved. One of the server bad attitude. Small built and not helpful. Chefs passionate in their food preparation.

We stayed at Deyar Al Eiman from 14Feb to 17Feb 2026. We arrived at 3:40 am and they allowed us to do early check-in with a little charge. Room were cleaned and house keeping service was available everyday. All the receptionist were very helpful. The hotel is 2/3 mins walking distance from gate 327/328. W

A really good choice for its price, no major problems, the reception responds immediately and is extremely helpful and respectful, we did face slight problems but they try to fix them within minutes, therefore i will not include them. general cleanness is good, bathrooms are very clean, and the hotel is new so everything seems well put. The location is not that bad, around 7-10 minutes to reach The masjid’s doors when walking, although it might be difficult for older people and in the summer’s heat, Going for dhuhr and asr was tiring, you need to cover your head as there is a big portion without shade. Came to do Umrah and in madina chose this hotel. Good location to the haram mosque. 3 min walk to gate 326. Good amenities around the hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean hotel. Would come back again.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

We had good experience at the hotel. The distance from hotel to haram is near and the nearest gate was 365 it was very close to Raudah *************. The breakfast were good and delicious. Thank you to Mr. shamem for the pleasant service. May Allah bless him.

Best hotel very close to Gate 10, very easy , on walking path towards QUBA MOSQUE. Good management. Upgraded us to executive suite plus beautiful HARAM view. 10/10
