I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The property is extremely clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The area feels very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and secure spot.

The experience was perfect, from the breathtaking sunset to the overwhelming feelings it evoked, and I hope to have the chance to relive it again. The hotel boasts a friendly and helpful staff, a great location with a lovely view, and a romantic atmosphere that's calm, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.

The staff was accommodating, though there was no bellman in the evening. After 10, everything is closed. To get food, I tried to order from Grab and I found it difficult to get drivers. This Hotel Nikko is newer and thus better than the Bali one and many in Japan. The facilities aren’t remarkable and the bathroom amenities aren’t up to standard.

Good; -High-rise hotel with good value for money -Clean with good service -Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and room -Balcony available for fresh air or drying clothes -Beachfront location with two swimming pools to accommodate guests -Rooftop on the 38th floor with great views (it was very crowded due to Valentine’s Day) Bad; -The hotel is quite old, but still acceptable if you don’t mind -We checked in around 4:30 PM and had to wait quite a while. It seemed like there were no rooms available for check-in at that time, and there was no clear explanation given. We were initially given room 2404 and informed that we had been upgraded to a Premier room. However, when we arrived, the room was not decorated for Valentine’s Day as we had requested. We understood that the hotel was likely very busy and that special requests are not guaranteed. Later, a staff member knocked on our door and asked us to move to room 2403, asking whether anyone had called to inform us (we had not received any call). Eventually, we were moved to the correct room, which was nicely decorated with a “Happy Valentine’s” setup. We really appreciated it, but guests should not be assigned to the wrong room in the first place. -The balcony could not be used for long because cigarette smoke kept drifting in with the wind. -There was a lot of noise from teenagers racing motorcycles outside.

I sleep overnight this hotel for a business trip. Check in late night and check out early morning. . Parking lots are spacious. The room is clean and spacious. The cost is friendly I stayed in this hotel already many times. In my view, the location is great, matching to my activity in the morning. This time I had a dinner at the hotel Thai restaurant. The test of the food is not impressive. In my room, sleeping over the night, I heard some noises outside; however, I could manage to sleep well. The bathroom towels looked so old. Recommend that the hotel should review about this. I will come back to stay in this hotel next business trip. I will spend more time for utilizing On-Sen or swimming pool facility (picture).

Great value for money. The accommodation is suitable for both leisure and business trips. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There are also many local restaurants and street food options nearby.

This was my second stay here with my family, and it was just as impressive as the first time. The room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool—it’s stylish and well-designed, with a fun water slide and inflatable rings that made it especially enjoyable for the whole family. Even during the busy weekend, when the hotel was quite full, everything was well-managed and there was still plenty of space and amenities for all guests. We truly had a great experience and are already planning to return again next year.

Everything was good, from the cleanliness of the room to the hospitality of the staff. The parking area was also adequate, with covered parking available. The biggest issue was the hotel's proximity to a pub, which made it impossible to sleep at night until the music stopped. Even with everything blocked off, the bass reverberated into the room, making it impossible to sleep. This was the only problem, and I'm not sure if it can be resolved because there are so many pubs in the area. It might not be suitable for families.

Musiałem dwa razy wejść i zejść po schodach, zanim w końcu złożyłem skargę i dowiedziałem się, że to problem z czytnikiem kart w jednej z wind. Very nice hotel clearly aimed at golfers, with thoughtful touches such as golf swing practice nets on the activities level next to the gym. The hotel is well located in the heart of Sriracha, within walking distance of Koh Loi and Robinsons Mall, and also offers a free tuk-tuk service to several nearby destinations. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment (other room types are available), and the room was extremely well appointed with plenty of amenities, including a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, a safe, a washing machine and more. Anything not provided can easily be requested from reception. Balconies are locked for safety reasons, but access can be arranged by contacting reception. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well designed, featuring a Japanese-style toilet and a separate shower and bath area. There were TVs in both the bedroom and living area, which was a nice touch. The hotel has a rooftop bar, and the main restaurant is located on the ground floor. Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent buffet and many items cooked to order in a live “show cooking” style. Numerous shops, restaurants, and massage places are just a few minutes’ walk away. Koh Loi is about a 20-minute walk, or you can use the hotel’s tuk-tuk service, which also stops at Central Mall and the main hospital. The pool offers great views over the bay. Additional facilities include a library and co-working area, a TV/gaming room, a yoga studio, a well-equipped gym, the golf practice nets, and a large adjoining car park with a covered walkway directly into Level 1. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in the Sriracha area—well equipped, well located, and very comfortable. 👍🏼
