Bardzo nowy hotel z bardzo dogodną lokalizacją. Bardzo blisko do okolicznych atrakcji. W pobliżu znajdują się restauracje i supermarkety. Hotel zapewnia również 2 bezpłatne butelki wody dziennie, co jest bardzo dobre drugi pobyt.

硬件設施沒的説，品質一流。光是一扇1.2米x2.6米的下懸開啟扇就可以看出酒店的經濟實力！
整體裝修黑色系，主打一個暗字，以至於黃昏時分入住的我進門五分鐘沒找到如何打開燈。
軟件服務更棒，從進門check in 就是滿嘴的thank you ，到兩個小時後check out 滿嘴的sorry ，嘴上功夫一流。衹可惜三個前台就像麻將牌裏的白板一樣，面無表情: 既無喜悦的微笑，也無不滿的愠怒。我要南向有日照的房間，給了我一間西北向房間。朝向委屈也就罷了，室外零上5度的天氣，連換兩間客房都沒有空調熱風。就連陪我換房的服務生都承認走道比我房間暖和。不想凍死在房間裏，果斷退房。很難想像這樣的服務，綜合評分卻如此的高。
好在從未辜負我的攜程一如即往的厚道，承擔了所有的損失。着實配得上我十幾年的信任👍

This studio was so nice. Simple design and lighting and a phenomenal view from the balcony! The ability to do laundry was exactly what I needed. The host lady was so sweet and offered any assistance she could while I stayed here! I would definitely stay here again.

Ten nowo wybudowany hotel znajduje się nieco poza centrum Tirany, dzięki czemu pokoje są przestronne i jasno oświetlone. Śniadanie było doskonałe. Było też tańsze niż w centrum i bardzo przyjemne. Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócę do Albanii, chętnie zatrzymam się w tym hotelu ponownie. Personel recepcji był bardzo miły, uprzejmy i przyjazny. Gorąco polecam.

The interior design is truly elegant and the breakfast was delightful. For a 5-star property, a wider selection at breakfast would elevate the experience even more. The addition of a pool and a refined bar area for evening drinks would perfectly complement the hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, a refined and enjoyable stay.

Good stay. It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. Hotel seems to be best for families of people traveling with a car. Single room layout a bit off because i couldn’t get to the other corner but it’s spacious enough and the shower room is really nice and modern. Breakfast not the best but has a good variety. Really clean but perhaps housekeeping can be by request (I dont mind it but they changed everything every day is a bit unnecessary).

Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach

BBackpacker00I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient.
The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!

GGuest UserHello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

GGuest UserSuperb location, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. The decor was classic and understated. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, though I might have wished for a bit more fruit. Otherwise, it featured scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burek, plenty of vegetables and olives, a wide selection of bread and spreads, Belgian waffles, yogurt, muesli, a huge variety of jams, and more. However, there were no extra amenities (such as a pool or a sky bar), just a single restaurant. While that's not a dealbreaker, it's a bit of a shame considering it's quite a pricey place to stay.

FFrumapratoOverall, we were satisfied with our stay. The location is great, right in the city center, and you can easily reach everywhere by walking. The reception team was wonderful; they were very warm and helpful. Our room was a bit small but quite clean and functional. I also suggest having breakfast at the hotel; even though it costs extra, the taste was superb.

SSusanOverall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely.
Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on.
Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied.
Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.

ХХанамThere are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.

붸붸기This place is truly amazing!!! The location is great, just a short walk from the city center, and it has all the facilities you need. But what really stands out is how incredibly meticulous the owner is with maintaining the place. It's so clean, you wouldn't believe it's possible! And of course, they're super friendly too. I stayed in hostels for a whole month during my trip, and this was definitely the best one.
