Excellent hôtel très propre avec piscine extérieure,salle de sport,baby-foot immense pour 6 personnes il me semble,balançoire dans l'hôtel qui donne un côté très design,nous avons passer un très bon week-end dans cette hôtel à 10 minutes à pied de walibi et aqualibi et il y a tous ce qui faut à même pas 10 minutes en voiture aux alentour. Personnel super sympathique en particulier thomas avec qui j'ai pas mal discuté excellente personne très professionnelle,super agréable reste comme t'ai thomas signer le chti Nous reviendrons rapidement dans cette hôtel

Really loved the service! The front desk worker was excellent and beyond. I asked for a kettle for hot water, he provided me with complementary Tara. A safe place to stay when visiting Brussels! They also have outlet converter that I could borrow

Habe dort 3 Nächte verbracht. Trotz nähe zu einer großen Straße war es im Zimmer ruhig. Es sieht gut aus, aber viele Besucher haben ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Auf meinem Zimmer hat sich die Glastür zum Waschbereich verhakt, also habe ich da die Finger von gelassen. Etwas komisch fand ich den eigenen Raum für die Toilette ( und nur die Toilette). Den Fitnessraum habe ich nicht genutzt. Fußläufig ist eine kleine Bouldern und Kletterhalle. Ich fand's alles in allem in Ordnung

Je remercie le gérant de l’hôtel car j’ai eu un soucis au niveau de mes réservations et celui ci a été hyper compréhensif et à gérer le problème avec succès ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et très belle chambre pour le Best Western celui de Ruisbroek il me semble n’est pas du tout ressemblant à celui ci. Merci pour l’accueil et ma solution trouver. À très bientôt ☺️

En arrivant à la réception nous avons été accueilli d'une manière désobligeante avec beaucoup de condescendance à notre égard. Dans la chambre pas un seul sachet de thé à disposition. Des meubles dans un état très moyen. Une insonorisation déplorable où on entendait même les ébats amoureux d'une chambre voisine et les talons de chaussures d'une chambre du dessus. Et pour finir nous avons été témoin d'une grosse scène de ménage à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans aucune intervention d'un membre de la sécurité de l'hôtel. Indigne d'un 5 étoiles malgré un cadre magnifique...

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Wavre. The entrance is very easy to walk past by. The staff was helpful during checkin and check out. Hotel was clean but there’s a smoking and nonsmoking floor, and the air mixes in the hallway. The room itself is fine and comfortable, but there is no microwave or fridge. So plan your food accordingly. Overall the hotel is a good value if you need a place to stay in Wavre.

The hotel has free parking, the hotel has its own restaurant for dinner, the cost is a bit high. Looking at the picture, I thought it was very remote in the suburbs, but it was in the downtown area, a few hundred meters away from the Waterloo Museum, very good!

GGuest UserReception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!! It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice
