Włącz dla nas telewizor i pomóż nam rozwiązać wszelkie problemy w odpowiednim czasie. Muszę to pochwalić. Szybkość Internetu w pokoju jest bardzo dobra szybko i jest wystarczająco dużo gorącej wody. Weź gorącą kąpiel, aby zmyć zmęczenie po całym dniu. Jest wiele przekąsek, kiedy wychodzisz, co jest bardzo wygodne! Wujek ochrony pomógł nam zaparkować samochód na czas, co było bardzo ciepłe!

My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great

Lokalizacja jest doskonała, niecały kilometr od świątyni Kaiyuan i muzeum. W okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji i sklepów spożywczych, co ułatwia wybór. Dostępny jest również bezpłatny parking, co jest bardzo wygodne. Higieniczne i czyste. Ciepłe podejście do obsługi jest godne pochwały. The newly opened hotel, the room is clean and bright, you can see the mountain when you go out, the door is the Qianfo Mountain Scenic Area, friends come to climb the mountain, exercise, and then play cards to relax, there is a cafe, you can barbecue, really good. There is also a stream spring next to it, surrounded by mountains, the air is really good, a little drunk oxygen. Push push! ! !

GGuest UserThis is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

GGuest UserMy family, including our dog, thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay here. Both the facilities and service were impeccable. We're already planning to bring the family back for another vacation once it gets warmer in Beijing. We chose a package that included a buffet dinner, and the spread was excellent. Our D building room had a great view and a lovely terrace, and as soon as you opened the door, you saw the iconic Thaiwoo logo! Many thanks to the staff for their warm and helpful assistance.

MMeiyouruguo1992This was my second stay at the hotel. Wulingshan Aranya has added a lighthouse park and a mountain-view restaurant, making it great for families with kids. Right behind the hotel, there's another restaurant and a grassy play area. For breakfast, you can choose from different options. We stayed two nights, so we tried Xiaoye's Japanese breakfast once and Shiwei Shangu's Chinese breakfast once, both of which were quite good. The complimentary public hot spring was also a nice touch, and it wasn't crowded, so the experience was pleasant. My only minor complaints are that the hotel's shuttle service is infrequent, leading to long waits during peak hours, and the staff's attitude wasn't as warm as during my previous visit. Also, we had to specifically ask for the raindrop cake and matcha experience, which wasn't offered as enthusiastically as before.

WWojianMy stay at Ximei Wuzhou Hotel was such a delightful surprise and incredibly rejuvenating! The attention to detail in their service was absolutely top-notch, I just have to rave about it! The room was beautifully adorned with fresh flowers, which really set a wonderful ambiance. But the most heartwarming touch was the lovely little elephant crafted from towels by the housekeeping staff – it was so cute and had such a sweet meaning. This truly felt like genuine, thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose Ximei Wuzhou for my next visit and will be recommending it to all my friends! 👍

__ZFB886588****An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

BBeb ShanghaiVery modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it.
潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests.
A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them.
For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan.
Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes.
What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

KKwanDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.
