The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good.I asked for masala tea and their indian chef Balbeer Singh made it to perfection.The rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.We are taken care of very well by Jayaru and Nelka. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel made it very special. The only mark down for the hotel is lack of sun loungers and parasols for the guests.You are constantly struggling to get shade under the trees.A 5 star hotel should make provision for their guests.As they would have details of all bookings.

The Resort is very beautiful. The rooms are comfy and spacious. I have uploaded some room pictures you can see in that the rooms are nice. The main attraction is the property itself. The Resort is lake side with beautiful landscaping and design. On the first floor the is lounge and billiards room where you can chill. On the second floor ( Terrace ) there are multiple small rooms, lounge, fitness centre and spa created for meetings, leisure and relaxing. There is pool on the ground floor overlooking the lake. Which is perfect in the morning. This property is to enjoy the Resort itself. You can definitely stay here. It is worth the money.

Świetna lokalizacja, wspaniały widok z balkonu, dobre śniadania i obiadokolacje. Poza sezonem dostępna jest plaża chroniona przed falami. Żółwie pływają codziennie, pięknie!!

Наш отдых в Шри-Ланке начался с Мириссы и с отеля Randiya sea view hotel. Я переживала о том, что наш отель расположен прямо возле дороги и будет шумно, но, поверьте, больше шума вы услышите от волн океана, от чего мы были в полном восторге. На ресепшен работают очень приветливые и добрые люди. Рядом с отелем расположен бассейн, нам он очень понравился. На ресепшен можно брать большие полотенца и использовать их на лежаках у бассейна. Нам повезло встретить шикарный закат из окна нашего номера. Большим плюсом этого отеля является то, что он расположен близко к океану, несмотря на то, что нужно перейти дорогу. Мы пешком доходили до parrot rock, она совсем рядом, а также, в относительно шаговой доступности находится coconut tree hill. Вдоль береговой линии много кафешек с лежаками. Купались в левой части побережья, ближе к parrot rock, там волны меньше. У отеля есть своя парковка, а также ресторан.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by wonderfully friendly staff at the reception desk, and our positive impression continued when we saw our room. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean and a perfect space to relax in. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm dipped when we looked out the window. We had eagerly anticipated the sea view we booked, but found ourselves on the first floor looking directly onto the main path to the restaurant. The lack of both a view and privacy was a real disappointment. The challenges were compounded by a local festival taking place during our stay. This rendered the beach unusable due to the sheer volume of people. Worse, the road closures made leaving the hotel a logistical headache, leaving us feeling a bit trapped. A final frustration was discovering there were no shops nearby and no convenience store in the hotel itself, so be sure to pack everything you might need. In summary, while we can't fault the hotel on its cleanliness or the friendliness of its staff, the experience was significantly hampered by the room mix-up and the festival chaos. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it was far from the relaxing getaway we had planned.

Even before check in the team had reached out to ensure smooth arrival, they have walked me to show around and were very welcoming. I loved the bath outside, but take note the balcony can be seen from the neighbours and the downstairs. Taxi’s are a problem in Weligama but Tuk tuk always waited downstairs.

Really nice host. 5 min walk from the beach where you can find amazing restaurants and bars.

Mój pobyt w hotelu RIU na Sri Lance był niesamowity. Po raz pierwszy rezerwowałem pakiet all-inclusive i nie byłem pewien, czego się spodziewać – ale ogólnie rzecz biorąc, doświadczenie przerosło moje oczekiwania. Było kilka rzeczy, które można by poprawić. Na przykład jedzenie było nieco niskiej jakości, z ograniczonym wyborem zdrowej diety. Siłownia była dość mała, z ograniczonym wyposażeniem i byłoby wspaniale, gdyby godziny otwarcia zostały wydłużone, aby pomieścić więcej gości w ciągu dnia. To powiedziawszy, obsługa była wyjątkowa. Personel był uważny i profesjonalny, zawsze przewidując potrzeby gości – szczególnie w restauracjach bufetowych. Niestety, nie udało nam się spróbować dań z restauracji à la carte, ponieważ były w pełni zarezerwowane i cieszyły się dużym zainteresowaniem – o czym nie wiedzieliśmy wcześniej. Zdecydowanie chcielibyśmy wrócić, gdy skończy się pora monsunowa, ponieważ pogoda podczas naszego pobytu nie była idealna. Plaża, choć piękna, nie była w tym czasie bezpieczna do pływania, co było trochę rozczarowujące.

Отель хороши, персонал лучший, с заботой о гостях, очень большие номера, приятная зона отдыха, на завтраке много выбора, общие впечатления остались хорошие!!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property has a beautiful sea view. The Sri Lankan breakfast was pretty authentic.
