I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

Miła obsługa. Bardzo dobrze utrzymany obiekt. Nieco starszy, ale bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju to dodatkowy atut. Lokalizacja blisko metra i przystanków Metrobus. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i supermarketów. Do niektórych atrakcji, takich jak Anioł Niepodległości, można dojść pieszo. Zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie. Przystępna cena. Dostępny sejf. Duże toalety. Ładny widok na ulicę. Jedynym minusem są cienkie ściany, co może przeszkadzać, jeśli masz hałaśliwych sąsiadów.

The hotel's location is very safe and convenient, and it is close to major tourist attractions. The view in the room is pretty good, but the hotel itself is a bit old.

Estuvo bien Habitación limpia, baño privado limpio Siempre compro la habitación más barata, en este caso tenía ventana, pero al pasillo, aveces trato de que al menos tengan ventana a la calle para que se ventile bien, pero esa opción era mucho más cara. Me dieron 2 toallas, el toilet es con palanca. Todo bien, pagué aprox 900 la noche, un poco caro para ser sincero, pero está en el centro. No tienen lavandería y al menos está habitación no tenía aire acondicionado

They do not leave drinking water to the rooms. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. Their breakfast is very limited. ‐----- Good location, nearby handshake.

Loved this hotel. Great location to be in Centro. Offered free coffee at the cafe and walking tour with our booking. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Service was perfect. Hotel was beautiful and little touches like the free bottled water fridge on each floor makes a huge difference in amenities. I would choose this hotel every time. Only downside is having to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance but there’s no way to book it other than calling the hotel which is a hassle/burden for a lot of overseas travelers.

Hotel nie ma klimatyzacjig, ale mają wentylator. Trochę gorąco. - Ładny personel. Bardzo wygodne, blisko lotniska i Mercado.

I booked at the Exe Alameda Hotel for 3 nights starting on Friday, December 26. I was charged an additional $155 USD solely because the reservation stated two single beds, and I was traveling with my wife and my daughter. My daughter is 7 years old. I was charged extra for adding a third bed, which I consider was unnecessary because we could comfortably fit in the two beds, and I was also charged for a third person. They told me I had to pay because we were three people. Since I was very tired from the trip and did not want to move to a new hotel, I was forced to pay that amount. If you are going to use the Trip platform, I recommend carefully reviewing the conditions and/or services that each hotel offers.

We are a family of three and chose a 60-square-meter suite. The hotel added a bed for us for free. We didn't buy breakfast, but we got a free breakfast on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is rich in variety and very nutritious. If you buy breakfast, you can eat on the 3rd floor. This hotel is very quiet and safe. It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. There is a Starbucks and night market stalls downstairs. During the Christmas period, the price of this hotel is very friendly compared to other hotels, We will continue to come back and highly recommend!
