I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Nice, clean rooms, big comfy bed and pillows. Shower was okay. Water did not get hot, lukewarm at best and refrigerator was not cold at all, I almost thought it was broken. Food was good if you stick to Nepali and Indian food options, but lassis were watered down. Drinks were also not cold. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, but I had two instances that really turned me off. They have a free buffet breakfast, but if you opt to skip it, they call you very early in the morning to ask if you're coming or not. This disturbed my sleep several times until I asked them to stop. Today was also my last day here and although check out is at 3pm, I received a call from reception at 10:30am asking when I'd be leaving. He informed me that a big group would be arriving and told me that the check out time was noon, when it was clearly stated otherwise online. He asked if I'd be staying another night instead as if I was bartering to not be pushed out of my room before check out time, when I was right. I've never had such an experience before and have traveled all over the world. Such a lack of professionalism and tact. That is not how you treat guests at a 4 star hotel. Not recommending this hotel to anyone!

Restauracja Skyline jest najpiękniejsza o zachodzie słońca w tym hotelu. Przezroczysta, szklana podłoga pozwala podziwiać wszystko pod stopami. Wielu mieszkańców również się tu stroi i przychodzi, by podziwiać widoki warte miliony dolarów. Jeśli się tu zatrzymasz, możesz również zjeść śniadanie w formie bufetu w tej samej restauracji. Korzystałam z basenu i sauny na 9. piętrze. Personel jest tam bardzo uprzejmy i przyjazny. Poczuj się tam jak królowa! Pokój jest super czysty i pięknie pachnie! Jestem pod wrażeniem klimatyzacji. Uwierz mi, to rzadkość w Katmandu! Wszystko jest bardzo dobre od samego początku do końca pobytu. Oferują darmowy transport na lotnisko. Gorąco polecam zarezerwować ostatnie noce w Nepalu i cieszyć się relaksującym wieczorem!

Superb service from this hotel! They offer free pick up service so I have no worries to travel from airport to hotel around midnight. Their breakfast is fantastic, their staffs are very helpful, one of the staffs even came and asked if I need any bacon and he cooked on the spot for me. I booked a deluxe single room but I get a twin bedroom which is much more spacious. Lovely atmosphere, great location in the city, the street is quiet even though nearby the busy Thamel street. The hotel manager, Mega, is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The Hotel Barahi Kathmandu is in a great location, walking distance to great souvenirs in Thamal, tourist sites like the Garden of Dreams and the former Royal Palace. The hotel staff were so friendly, engaging and helpful. The hotel has a pool up on level 7 with great views of Kathmandu. The only flaw with the pool is it is surrounded by the restaurant, so no one swims in it. I had a suite the room was beautiful, very happy with the cleanliness and room service. The only flaw with the room is that it backed on to the service area for staff who were all working very hard, but there was banging and clanging all night and morning.

I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Nepal. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the city center, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around and shop for local goods in town. What I particularly loved was the proximity to several Chinese restaurants nearby, all offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff truly made our experience special. They were friendly. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went on our EBC trek.

This stay is value for money! Enjoyed their clean bathrooms and well-maintained rooftop restaurant. Receptionists are helpful too. You can book airport transfer for departure on the spot at 1000 rupees. I have nothing but good stuff to say about this lovely hostel, tucked away in a quieter area amidst the bustle of Thamel. Even met friendly roommates who are respectful of each other’s space and privacy here. This adds a little something special to my short stay here in Kathmandu. Thank you for providing a comfy space.

Lovely stay in Hotel Thrive. The hotel is located just off the main tourist hub in Thamel, it’s a very short walk and the hotel has security 24/7. The main courtyard is beautiful, a true tropical calm oasis away from the busy streets of Kathmandu. The rooms are spacious and modern with all the amenities you would need alongside daily housekeeping. The gym is compact but with good, well kept modern machinery and fantastic views across Kathmandu. The breakfast is delicious with ample choice to suit everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again when we next visit Kathmandu.
