When I called and requested late check-in instructions, the staff told me she had already talked to someone about this, and it did not seem like she wanted to repeat the information to me. This is very strange because I am a solo traveler and I would be the only person calling. After a few minutes explaining to her about my situation, she asked for my email. Then my phone was disconnected (poor signal). I called back, and the same person asked if she could talk to someone else who could understand her. I told her I was the only one calling and I could understand her perfectly. Eventually, I was able to give her my email so she could send the check-in instructions. Also, the wifi password was not posted in the room. So I have no internet connection. This is not a good experience and I will be reluctant to stay there again.

Hotel is clean and well managed. Not much for families other than pool and bbq. Would have been nicer with more open spaces.

俱樂部是繞湖而建的，環境很棒、生態也很好，很適合來度假放鬆。定的兩卧室套房，每個房間都佈置的很温馨、舒適。房間很大，客廳外面還有一個小陽台可以直接看湖！

Beautiful view, absolutely stunning.we wake up in sunshine and we can see the ocean from the morning. Good location and easy to access everything

The room was very 4 star at best. Ac wouldn't adjust and windows cleaning from 8am while people want to relax seems very unprofessional. With nothing to heat any meals your forced to go out for dinning.

We had a great stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good overall. Service was friendly and helpful. A solid choice for a stay in Adelaide!

Spacious rooms and everything was clean. Parking right outside our room. Highly recommend this.

Staff were helpful and friendly; facilities were clean and fresh. The modern take on the rooms and well styled added to the exceptional value. I really liked the location of this hotel, close to restaurants and walking distance to everything I needed to get to. The menu for food was great, plenty of options and chef did an amazing job with the dishes we selected. I would absolutely stay here again and have no problem recommending this hotel as a lovely place to stay when in Adelaide.
