Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am.
Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious .
I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold.
Excellent option for three days in Santiago.
Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.
This was my third stay here in the last week as I used the airport as a base for travel. Holiday Inn is perfect for this. Super easy to get to from both domestic and international airports. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great wifi. Good breakfast. Nice bar and relaxation area. This hotel comes with my strongest recommendation.

Mieliśmy piękny pokój z TV i kuchnia, ale kuchnia nie była naprawdę przydatna, ponieważ praca nie będzie działać i nie było wystarczających naczyń.
Podobnie na zewnątrz wspólna kuchnia nie miała wystarczających naczyń, aby być użyteczne.
Nasz spektakl był śniadaniem i uroczą przyjazną damą z Nicaragui, która go obsługowała, jest świetnym zasobem dla firmy.
Obszar jest w porządku i można chodzić do centrum, ale to zdecydowanie nie jest jednym z najlepszych obszarów w mieście.

Wonderful little hotel. Great bar and pool area. No need to go out at night at all. The hotel was so professional that they contacted us about belongings we left behind and was kind enough to send it with friends.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.
The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

El personal de la recepcion muy amable a la llegada, las instalaciones bonitas, tuvimos un problema que el AC no calentaba pero lo arreglaron de inmediato, aunque el ventilador sonaba como matraca pero no fue necesario utilizarlo mucho, faltaba un poco de mantenimiento. La pieza comoda, limpia y clara aunque un poco ruidosa en la mañana con el transito vehicular a pesar de estar en un piso 7, observe que a la ventaba le faltaba el sello de goma en su parte inferior quizas esto permitia que entrara un poco de ruido. El baño espacioso y limpio. El servicio a la habitacion excelente. El personal del comedor muy amable y buena atencion en el buffet. El restaurant para almorzar o cenar platos deliciosos. La piscina temperada interior no la utilizamos pero fuimos a ver las instalaciones y le falta mas ventilacion olia a encierro y humedad. En general buena ubicacion, atencion e instalaciones a un precio razonable. recomendable!
Todo bien peor cuando solicitamos servicios a la a la habitacion trajeron algo que no pedimos, al solicitar cambiarlo, lo hicieron pero en el cobro, nos cobraron nuevamente lo que cambiamos, ademas no pudieron cargar el servicio a la habitacion y tuvimos que pagar el monto mal alto
me gustó mucho es segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y es muy relajante el hotel es muy cómodo y todo está en perfecto funcionamiento

Amazing
This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.
A standard Mariott-class hotel with modern and clean rooms. The reception guy was very helpful (thank you, Olaf), the restaurant menu was overpriced as usual (but you really don't have any other choice nearby). For the free shuttle service you should sign up beforehand, either at the reception desk or through the communication on this site (the seats on the shuttle van are limited). The shuttle leaves every quarter (15 minutes) past an hour (20.15, 21.15 and so on) from the domestic terminal (look for the pink column outside the arrivals) and every hour (20.00, 21.00) from the hotel.
Excellent service! Airport transfer to and from hotel was super smooth and the pickup location is conveniently located, easy to find and well communicated. The frontdesk was super helpful and staffed 24/7. Room had all listed amenities. I would 100% be back if i had a layover in Santiago again. Its fantastic and absolutely value for money!
We stayed at La Quinta for 1 night on our transit to Buenos Aires. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel since we had a great experience at our 1st visit. The hotel is located about 7 mins drive to Santiago International Airport. There is a free airport shuttle to/ from the airport hotel and you must contact the hotel via their WhatsApp no +56958109482 at least 48 hours before your arrival at the airport. The hotel room is spacious, clean, and has good sound proofing despite being close to freeway. The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There is a small swimming pool, sauna and gym on the ground floor of the hotel. We had our dinner at the only restaurant in the hotel since the hotel location is far from the Santiago town. We ordered a club sandwich and soup of the day to share. The sandwich was nice but the pumpkin soup was a bit cold.
Excellent location that allows to move to different places along the city. It is close to Santiago's Metro (L1), making it well connected to the City's downtown, as well as the Bus Station that serves to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, as well as the Airport.
I had a wonderful stay, made truly special by the front desk and concierge team. From the moment I arrived, the lobby staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Check in was smooth and effortless, and every interaction felt personal and sincere. The concierge was outstanding. They offered great local recommendations and were always happy to help, making my time in the city easy and enjoyable. I was greeted with friendly smiles each time I passed through the lobby, which made the experience feel thoughtful and personal. This hotel shines because of its people. The front end staff truly elevate the stay and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish.
i had just arrived Santiago , for my first time, - i am familiar with the chain name so booked it -- from the moment i arrived, every staff member from the front desk, bellmen, housekeeping,... was so so friendly, helpful, caring. I stayed a week, --- there is a spa, pool, bar, restaurant, outside space i adore the nespresso machine in the room as i drink coffee free breakfast, across from a mall and grocer... just take an uber to town nearby to parks and hillside viewpoints clean, comfortable, quiet, just made sense --- fantastic customer service all around ...the bed was huge, and very comfortable
The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was good; you could order an omelet. Filtered drinking water was available in the lobby. There was a shopping mall nearby, within walking distance. It's in the CBD, quite safe, and about a 20-minute walk from the airport.
