Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

We got upgraded for free cause a room was available. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly. They will drive you to nearby stores and restaurants for free. Hotel room has everything you need: reliable warm water, toiletry supplies, tea, water and clean towels. You have access to a washing machine dryer and a pool outside. You are surrounded by nature so it is very quiet compared to other places in china.

The hotel interior was slightly old, but overall amenities are acceptable. Breakfast was not too bad, but can be further improved.

Well situated with many eateries and 2 supermarkets nearby. The bus stop or piclup point is a 5 mins walk. The room we booked has 2 queen beds. Rooms are clean and spank. The hotel has buffet breakfast available for purchase and they offered my child dine for free.

Hotel jest dogodnie położony, blisko wejścia do parku. Rano kursuje bezpłatny bus do wejścia do parku. Śniadanie było OK (bufet chiński, 7,5 na 10). Po wejściu do hotelu, w holu czuć smród i nie jest zbyt czysto. Jednak pokój był czysty i dobrze umeblowany. Niewielki nieprzyjemny zapach. Dlatego oceniłem czystość na 4/5. Personel hotelu był miły i pomocny. Potrzebne jest tłumaczenie Alipay, ponieważ żaden z pracowników nie mówi po angielsku. (To normalne w Chinach :) ) Przechowali też nasz bagaż przez 1 dzień podczas naszej wizyty w parku, co było wygodne. W pobliżu hotelu jest wiele restauracji. Idealne na szybki sen przed wyprawą w góry.

Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

Hotel był super komfortowy i panowała w nim wspaniała atmosfera. Najbardziej zapadł mi w pamięć przystojny młody mężczyzna z Mongolii Wewnętrznej; jego obsługa była doskonała i bardzo serdeczna. Basen był piękny; latem byłby jeszcze lepszy. Hotel był bardzo przyjemny i bardzo uatrakcyjnił tę podróż. Zrobiłem kilka pięknych zdjęć. Szkoda, że ​​nie udało mi się wspiąć na Huangshan. Widziałem festiwal lampionów rybnych i fajerwerki, a nawet znalazłem super nastrojowy bar. Świetnie się bawiłem. Przekąski i małe ciastka sezamowe w recepcji były pyszne, ale nie miałem czasu, żeby poprosić o link, haha. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel był fantastyczny.
