„Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.”

„문을 열자마자 생각보다 넓은 공간에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 2명이서 지내기에 아주 넉넉한 더블 침대 2개가 배치되어 있어 가족이나 친구와 오기에도 딱이에요. 침대 옆으로 콘센트도 넉넉하게 있어서 자기 전 전자제품들 충전하기 딱 좋았어요. 일본이나 홍콩의 좁은 호텔과는 차원이 다르게 화장실이 정말 큽니다. 씻을 때 답답함이 전혀 없어서 좋았어요. 드라이기도 강풍 잘 나왔고, 세탁기도 있었지만 쓸 일은 없었어요. 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시도 있었고, 샤워기 필터 가져가서 써봤는데 필터 색도 바뀌지 않았어요! 유일한 아쉬운 점은 객실에서 담배 냄새가 살짝 났다는 점이에요. 예민하신 분들은 체크인 시 환기가 잘 된 방으로 요청해 보시는 것을 추천합니다.”

„Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.”

„We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.”

„## Cudowny rodzinny pobyt w The Castle Dalian Przebywaliśmy z rodziną cztery noce w The Castle Dalian i bardzo nam się podobało. Nasz przestronny i pięknie urządzony pokój na 12. piętrze oferował oszałamiające widoki na morze, dzięki czemu nasz pobyt był naprawdę niezapomniany. Holl wejściowy hotelu jest imponująco duży i elegancko zaprojektowany, tworząc przyjazną atmosferę od samego początku. Dla rodzin z dziećmi dostępny jest duży plac zabaw, za który trzeba zapłacić. Na szczęście goście hotelowi otrzymują zniżkę. Na zewnątrz hotel szczyci się uroczym małym parkiem z fantastycznymi widokami na zatokę i pięknym krajobrazem — idealnym na relaksujący spacer. Hotel położony jest na niewielkim wzgórzu, więc spacer z powrotem do centrum miasta jest trochę długi. Jednak bezpłatny autobus wahadłowy jest bardzo wygodny, zapewniając łatwy transport do miasta i z powrotem. Nasz pokój był starannie umeblowany i bardzo przestronny, w tym duża i dobrze wyposażona łazienka. Jedną niewielką wadą było to, że obok łóżka znajdowało się tylko jedno gniazdko elektryczne (tylko po jednej stronie) i brak portów USB do ładowania telefonów, co byłoby miłym dodatkiem. Śniadania i inne posiłki w hotelu były pyszne, z bogatym wyborem dań chińskich i zachodnich. Jedynym obszarem do poprawy byłaby czystość toalet w restauracji śniadaniowej, które niestety często były nieuporządkowane i wymagały częstszej uwagi. Basen, utrzymywany w temperaturze 27°C, nie był idealny dla małych dzieci, ponieważ nie ma oddzielnej sekcji dla dzieci. Goście powinni również pamiętać, że noszenie czepka pływackiego jest obowiązkowe. Obszar basenu obejmuje mini saunę fińską i saunę parową zintegrowaną z przebieralniami. Jednak obok basenu znajdują się tylko leżaki, więc wrażenia z sauny były zupełnie inne niż relaksujące wizyty w saunie, do których jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni w Europie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, The Castle Dalian oferuje przyjemny pobyt z pięknymi widokami, doskonałym jedzeniem i udogodnieniami przyjaznymi rodzinom, co czyni go doskonałym wyborem dla podróżnych odwiedzających ten obszar.”

„This apartment with children on the beach holiday, the overall is very satisfied! The apartment is close to the Longhuitou Scenic Area, with a wide sea view, and children especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows to see the sea. The room is in place, washing machines and kitchen utensils are all available, and seafood can be processed simply after buying. Go downstairs and go to the beach quickly, children can dig sand to catch the sea. Butler service is very intimate, there is something to find and reply in time. Quiet environment, suitable for family relaxation, cost-effective online, recommended parent-child travel!”

„Located in downtown, living up to the excellence of the Hyatt brand, it doesn’t fail to deliver at anywhere. Linked to a luxury mall, Mix; you can indulge in luxury brand shopping (do note that it’s pricier in China than in Europe however) or the good restaurants it boasts. The mall even have some Singaporean brands, and its internal layout resembles MBS lol. Will return when I’m in Shenyang again.”
