„We enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel. The whole family takes care of guests which is very impressive. Their rooms are spacious and very relaxing. There is a large terrace with incredible views that we liked the most. They were also extremely helpful with arranging park tickets under a short notice.”

„Stary hotel pięciogwiazdkowy, dobrze utrzymany. Meble w pokojach mają nieco historyczny charakter, ale są bardzo czyste. Nastawienie personelu hotelu do obsługi jest dobre. Aurora, opiekunka gości, skontaktowała się ze mną dzień przed zameldowaniem, aby poznać moje wymagania dotyczące pokoju. Była bardzo troskliwa i zorganizowała odpowiedni pokój. Po zameldowaniu poproszono mnie o opinię, a drobne problemy podczas pobytu zostały szybko i sprawnie rozwiązane. Sprzątaczka była uprzejma i entuzjastyczna, reagowała na wszystkie prośby i podjęła inicjatywę, aby przynieść mi wentylator elektryczny, aby się ochłodzić, ponieważ bałam się upału. Poziom obsługi i standard całego hotelu pozostają pięciogwiazdkowe. Śniadanie jest również bardzo bogate. Zatrzymam się tutaj, kiedy w przyszłości przyjadę do Xi'an.”

„During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.”

„This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. My second time to Ha thing and the second time I have stayed at this hotel and resort. The grounds a d gardens are brilliant and this makes it a very relaxed place to stay. The service of the hotel staff is perfect without any faults. Riven is an outstanding asset to this hotel. Very helpful indeed. On my next visit next year I will stay here again.”

„Podróżowałem do Xi'an i, ponieważ jechałem samochodem, wybrałem hotele z bezpłatnym parkingiem. Porównałem dwie opcje i zarezerwowałem w obu. Kierownik tego hotelu szybko się ze mną skontaktował i dodał mnie na WeChat, co zapewniło mi świetne wrażenia, więc postanowiłem się tam zatrzymać. Zapytałem jednak inny hotel i okazało się, że mają własny bezpłatny parking, podczas gdy ten hotel powiedział mi, że mogę parkować na ulicy, a policja drogowa prawie nigdy nie wystawia mandatów. Miałem trochę mieszane uczucia, ale kierownik, Dandan, nagrał filmy i zdjęcia oraz przesłał mi wskazówki dotyczące podróży, co rozwiało moje obawy. Jednak dzień po zameldowaniu otrzymałem SMS-a o wykroczeniu parkingowym. Tego dnia nasz samochód również podlegał ograniczeniom dotyczącym tablic rejestracyjnych, więc spanikowałem. Chociaż kilku kierowników aktywnie pomogło mi znaleźć miejsce parkingowe, negatywne doświadczenia były już utrwalone i nie mogłem nic zrobić, tylko udawać, że nic się nie stało. Udogodnienia: Projekt nie był zbyt praktyczny. Matowe szkło w łazience było prawie przezroczyste, więc można było widzieć wszystko na zewnątrz podczas kąpieli. Brakowało miejsca na powieszenie ubrań i ręczników podczas kąpieli, a ktoś musiał czekać na zewnątrz, aby przynieść lub odebrać ubrania. Być może ze względu na styl projektanta, w pokoju brakowało biurka, co utrudniało dziecku zdejmowanie i zakładanie okularów ortokeratologicznych. Wejście do holu wymagało wchodzenia i schodzenia po schodach, więc ostatecznie klęczeliśmy na podłodze, korzystając z niskiego stolika. Okolica: Dość elegancka, z balkonem, a w alejce panowała względna cisza. Galaretka lodowa była miłym powitaniem. Czystość: Dobra, ale sprzątanie następnego dnia trochę się opóźniło; nasz pokój został posprzątany dopiero po powrocie po południu. Obsługa: Bardzo dobra, responsywna i obsługiwana z wielką finezją. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, akceptowalne, ale parking stanowił poważną niedogodność. Obsługa to tylko jeden aspekt; odpowiednie wyposażenie jest również kluczowe. Bardzo uczciwa recenzja. „Really nice hotel, sky lobby has really good views. Breakfast is also where the lobby is and shares the magnificent views. Location is slightly out of city center however there is metro within 10 min walk. It is also right next to a big shopping centre with many food options. Bathroom is magnificent, all veined marble, shower has a bench in it and the bathtub is a great place to relax at the end of a day. Hotel staff were also able to accomodate by giving us latex pillows tho I think they are getting a bit old and need to be replaced. The pool is opened till very late 11pm, staff advised it was to allow customers to be able to go out for dinner and still come back to enjoy ammenities, I think thats very thoughtful. Gym is also big and has great views, 24 hours access. Monica helpful on WeChat, able to accomodate more personal requests such as changing linen daily and extra bottled water etc. The only thing I will say is a bit annoying is that you need to take elevator up to 38th floor lobby, switch elevators then take it down to rooms. I believe rooms are levels 25-30 something. Aircon was a bit stuffy as no windows open and wifi was a bit glitchy. Was a nice stay overall.”

„Highly recommend this hotel! Even though it's new, there's no unpleasant smell. The environment is very elegant and clean, and the service is exceptional. From the moment we entered, from the security guards to the front desk staff and the ladies offering refreshments, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. They were all very helpful and resolved any issues immediately. The manager even arranged tea and desserts for us! The restaurant also gave us a coupon for a complimentary cake, which was delicious. The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping and dining, being right next to a mall. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Initially, when we got out of the car and entered the lobby, the hotel doorman (who I later found out was a mall security guard, I mistook him for a hotel doorman) didn't offer to help with our luggage. We only mentioned it casually during check-in, but to our surprise, the duty manager and supervisor actually came to apologize to us! The service awareness of a big brand is truly impressive. The next morning, we had an early flight, and the hotel kindly packed breakfast for us very early. Later, when we checked out, we forgot something, and the hotel promptly called us. It just so happened that our check-in day was also the hotel's official opening day. Thumbs up! 👍”

„We loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. The hotel owners were kind enough to take us directly to the hot springs and we purchased a day pass instead. The husband and wife who own the hotel are wonderful people. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports. This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.”
