„During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.”

„We enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel. The whole family takes care of guests which is very impressive. Their rooms are spacious and very relaxing. There is a large terrace with incredible views that we liked the most. They were also extremely helpful with arranging park tickets under a short notice.”

„Stary hotel pięciogwiazdkowy, dobrze utrzymany. Meble w pokojach mają nieco historyczny charakter, ale są bardzo czyste. Nastawienie personelu hotelu do obsługi jest dobre. Aurora, opiekunka gości, skontaktowała się ze mną dzień przed zameldowaniem, aby poznać moje wymagania dotyczące pokoju. Była bardzo troskliwa i zorganizowała odpowiedni pokój. Po zameldowaniu poproszono mnie o opinię, a drobne problemy podczas pobytu zostały szybko i sprawnie rozwiązane. Sprzątaczka była uprzejma i entuzjastyczna, reagowała na wszystkie prośby i podjęła inicjatywę, aby przynieść mi wentylator elektryczny, aby się ochłodzić, ponieważ bałam się upału. Poziom obsługi i standard całego hotelu pozostają pięciogwiazdkowe. Śniadanie jest również bardzo bogate. Zatrzymam się tutaj, kiedy w przyszłości przyjadę do Xi'an.”

„The overall experience is definitely positive but I feel the hotel could improve its service that matches its hardware, the property itself.  This hotel is on par with some other hotels we stayed recently but its service does have a lot room for desire. After I showed my reservation and it clearly indicates the room is for two, I was still asked if it was for three, just because there were two people walked in with me together? Then went to the non-smoking room that smells conspicuously otherwise. The front desk instead offers to “treat” the room before offering a different room. The replacement is much better but I saw an ashtray in the room and the staff then replied it’s part of standard room amenities 🥴. The next morning around 7:30am, I was about to go to front desk and asks for more toilet paper but happens to see a staff, she used a walkie talkie and asks someone to deliver the toilet paper for me. She was so loud that I was afraid some guests might come out their rooms and scold her.  But the hotel’s carpet looks gorgeous and feels great too, and the corridors are much broader than norms. Also the toilet paper was delivered by the robot as shown in the pic, which was kind of cool.”

„Moja żona i ja naprawdę cieszyliśmy się pobytem w ośrodku Wyndham Grand Xi'an South. To, co uczyniło go naprawdę wyjątkowym, to obsługa klienta zarówno Alvy, jak i jej koleżanek Kiko i Ma Jing. Przestronny apartament oferował oszałamiający widok na obszar centrum handlowego Datang. Apartament był idealnym miejscem odpoczynku po dniu zwiedzania Xi'an. Ponadto Alva i jej zespół zapewnili doskonałą obsługę przez cały nasz pobyt. Zawsze spełniali nasze potrzeby i byli niezwykle punktualni. Alva zapewniła również osobisty akcent w nasz ostatni dzień i wręczyła nam prezent na pożegnanie. Nie możemy się doczekać, aby wrócić i stworzyć tutaj więcej wspomnień. Bardzo, bardzo polecam! „The environment is beautiful and pleasant, which is not much to say. Service is to add points, because there is a shortage of materials in the mountains, and the waiter wants to eat supper at night to bring his treasure snacks. The meals are all local characteristics, free of the greasyness of the city. We have prepared cakes and blessings on our 10th wedding anniversary ～ Forgot to take the charging cable and send the unsplit line. „Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.”

Zapytałem jednak inny hotel i okazało się, że mają własny bezpłatny parking, podczas gdy ten hotel powiedział mi, że mogę parkować na ulicy, a policja drogowa prawie nigdy nie wystawia mandatów. Miałem trochę mieszane uczucia, ale kierownik, Dandan, nagrał filmy i zdjęcia oraz przesłał mi wskazówki dotyczące podróży, co rozwiało moje obawy. Jednak dzień po zameldowaniu otrzymałem SMS-a o wykroczeniu parkingowym. Tego dnia nasz samochód również podlegał ograniczeniom dotyczącym tablic rejestracyjnych, więc spanikowałem. Chociaż kilku kierowników aktywnie pomogło mi znaleźć miejsce parkingowe, negatywne doświadczenia były już utrwalone i nie mogłem nic zrobić, tylko udawać, że nic się nie stało. Udogodnienia: Projekt nie był zbyt praktyczny. Matowe szkło w łazience było prawie przezroczyste, więc można było widzieć wszystko na zewnątrz podczas kąpieli. Brakowało miejsca na powieszenie ubrań i ręczników podczas kąpieli, a ktoś musiał czekać na zewnątrz, aby przynieść lub odebrać ubrania. Być może ze względu na styl projektanta, w pokoju brakowało biurka, co utrudniało dziecku zdejmowanie i zakładanie okularów ortokeratologicznych. Wejście do holu wymagało wchodzenia i schodzenia po schodach, więc ostatecznie klęczeliśmy na podłodze, korzystając z niskiego stolika. Okolica: Dość elegancka, z balkonem, a w alejce panowała względna cisza. Galaretka lodowa była miłym powitaniem. Czystość: Dobra, ale sprzątanie następnego dnia trochę się opóźniło; nasz pokój został posprzątany dopiero po powrocie po południu. Obsługa: Bardzo dobra, responsywna i obsługiwana z wielką finezją. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, akceptowalne, ale parking stanowił poważną niedogodność. Obsługa to tylko jeden aspekt; odpowiednie wyposażenie jest również kluczowe. Bardzo uczciwa recenzja.
