Wnętrze pokoju było bardzo czyste i czułem się bezpiecznie. Na pierwszym piętrze znajduje się także sklep spożywczy. W odległości 10 minut spacerem znajduje się także outlet. Było napisane, że jest bezpłatny transfer lotniskowy. Zatrzymałem się tam, ale transfer kursował o 11:00. Ponieważ musiałem wyjechać wcześnie rano, wziąłem taksówkę. I enjoyed my stay at the property. Front desk was really approachable and attentive to details such as pillow option selected / sharing with me about the shuttle service. The property is connected to the mall and the Soft Tofu Stew restaurant was particularly good. It was packed with people.

Hotel location is bit far from seoul but it is okay when you have car. In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families

Very nice hotel in peaceful neighborhood in Kintex area. Walkable distance to subway Kintex station. Spacious room with full amenities and two bottles of water refilled everyday. Good water and good air con. Variety of breakfast but the menus for everyday.

Hotel jest położony dalej od miasta, niż się spodziewaliśmy, i choć w ciągu dnia łatwo jest dotrzeć do lokalnych stacji, wieczorem dość trudno jest wrócić do hotelu. Jeśli jesteś fanem zakupów, w okolicy znajduje się wiele sklepów, więc jest to idealne miejsce. Śniadanie było przyzwoite, pokój nie miał zbyt wiele, a recepcja nie jest zbyt responsywna, ale w sumie nam się podobało. Nie rezerwowalibyśmy tego w przyszłości.

I had an amazing stay here. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked and there was no trouble checking in or out. It's tucked away from the main road but that is one of it's good features as it's distanced away a good amount to keep the traffic noise down. Within a one minute walk there's a convenience store for late night snacking. The rooms have USB-A ports for charging next to the bed so no need for your own bulky charger to be used. Overall I highly recommend you choose this hotel when staying in Suwon. I stayed with young family members and luckily there were no overally amourous couples to the left or right of the room. No photos needed go see it for yourself.

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

I always stay here for business trips. It's very convenient, within walking distance of the subway station. They also have a public water dispenser, which is a must-have for Chinese people who like hot water. Now, the hotel even has a cash exchange machine. Everything is becoming more convenient, though the cleanliness in the corners still needs improvement.

This is a really good hotel! It’s clean, spacious, comfortable, high quality and not too far from areas such as Gangnam and Lotte World. As well as, the subway station is close by. The area where the hotel itself is, there is a lot of restaurants and nice infrastructure. Will book again!
