Hotele z: Pools w Istanbul Province, Türkiye

It was great. I requested them to prepare something nice as I was traveling with my wife. The hotel staff were kind enough to arrange it. Overall great facility, walking distance from the bus stop other public transportation facilities.

I stayed on this hotel  before and took  the suit and was TOP. But this time, took a normal room. It was totally worse. It doesn't  totally  look like 4 start hotels. The pillow is so ****. The main light wasn't  working.  And shower  was blocked. Toilet flashing doesn't work properly, and the temperature is not working . I complained  about  it and asked to chang the room.they said we would send the service. Day later complained  again they said the service  man was not working  we will send tomorrow. Till I check it out. They haven't fixed anything.  I will definitely don't book again this hotel. If you do not book the suit, don't book this hotel because you pay 4 stars but you get 3 or 2 star rooms and services.

Doskonały hotel za tę cenę. Dostaliśmy pokój typu deluxe, który był bardzo przyjemny. Spa jest czyste, atrakcyjne i ma przyjemny mały basen, hammam i dwie sauny. Nie korzystaliśmy z dodatkowych usług spa. Głównym atutem hotelu jest panoramiczna restauracja. Oferuje ona niesamowite widoki na miasto i Bosfor. Wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki. Śniadanie na werandzie jest naprawdę kolorowe i magiczne, choć nie oferuje zbyt wiele różnorodności, ale wszystko jest przyzwoitej jakości. Lokalizacja jest blisko Starego Miasta, Hagii Sophii i Błękitnych Meczetów, ale nie jest malownicza. Hotel sprawia wrażenie pięknego, wybudowanego w centrum Rynku Czerkizowskiego. W każdym razie jest tam dużo spacerów, a widok i otoczenie hotelu są ważne dla osób w nim zatrzymujących się. Nie zamówiliśmy niczego innego z restauracji poza śniadaniem, ponieważ byliśmy w mieście cały dzień, ale spróbowaliśmy kawy – była pyszna. Ostatnie dwa zdjęcia przedstawiają widok z pokoju. Zdecydowanie polecamy hotel!

I had a wonderful experience in Romance Istanbul Hotel. The location is great as it is between the old city and Eminonu which links to the significant public transport services to both the Asian and European side of Istanbul. The facilities are clean and the rooms are spacious with all the necessary services. The hotel also provided a pool, sauna, Turkish hamam and massage service which is a huge plus. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful no matter what your background is. I would highly recommend this hotel to all guests from couples to families etc.

Firstly, I thank the Trip program for the excellent prices, secondly, I would like to talk a little about the hotel. In terms of the hotel, it is a beautiful and clean building and has all the services, and its location is also beautiful. On the negative side, the rooms do not have soundproofing, which means that you cannot sleep until 4 in the morning because of the music sound from outside the hotel, and the other thing is that the person in charge of breakfast does not have a way to deal with customers, and his name is ********, and he is not honest in what he says regarding breakfast timings, I prefer to ask the reception about breakfast on all days of the week. They also asked us to pay for sweets and drinks which was not available in a room , so Just argue with them if you did not use the food available in the room, if any

For overnight just ok . Close to city center amd attractions . For other things is not suitable

Overall, our stay at Naz City Hotel was lovely. The facilities were excellent, and most of the staff provided great service. However, we had a disappointing experience with one of the receptionists — a lady whose behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. At times, it felt as though we were not paying guests. This was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Absolutely beautiful view, and good location in the city next to some well-known spots (including near a trolley stop). Everyone was very courteous, breakfast buffet was expansive and hospitable. Thanks for a great end to our stay in Türikye!

[Lokalizacja] Stare miasto w dzielnicy europejskiej znajduje się w odległości 2 km od różnych atrakcji. Pod drzwiami znajduje się tramwaj, który jest wygodny do transportu. [Wyposażenie] Hotel odnowiony ze starego budynku, wystrój i wyposażenie powinny mieć ponad 10 lat. Można tylko powiedzieć, że wszystko, co powinno się tam znaleźć, jest dostępne, a ci, którzy gonią za modą i trendami, mogą to zignorować. [Higiena] Nie znaleziono żadnych problemów [Obsługa] Trochę na uboczu i traktuje wszystkich jednakowo, łącznie z członkami. [Catering] Obiad podano powoli (co jest częstym problemem w Europie), ale dania były nadal zimne, a ser nie był zgrillowany. Wydaje mi się, że gotowe dania nie zostały odpowiednio podgrzane. Inne: Hotel przyjmuje wiele japońskich grup wycieczkowych i grup wycieczkowych z Tajwanu. Występuje problem ze szczytami posiłków grupowych na śniadanie, ale wszystko inne jest całkiem dobre.

Fantastic hotel, we booked the suite for our honey moon. The room was large, clean and modern. Bed comfortable, spa bath great. The staff are lovely, They were happy to help with changing language on tv, booking taxi's etc. Breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast. The sauna, steam room and pool are great for relaxing. The gym is a small fitness room with basic machines and Dumbbells, not incredible but it was enough to get in a workout. I didn't try the hamam myself.e It's a 5 minute walk to Taksim square, it is a steep hill so wouldn't be suitable for wheelchairs (but where in Istanbul is?). The room service is provided by a third party, ours was very late and the provider forgot his card machine. we paid in euro's. It's not under the hotels control so i don't blame them, but wouldn't use that service again I would definitely book the suite again.
