The resort was a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. The facilities were excellent, and the year-end event in particular was very enjoyable and well organized. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding areas where service quality could be improved, especially within the restaurant. While the overall experience was positive, the attitude and responsiveness of some restaurant staff were disappointing. For instance, when I requested hot sauce, I was informed that it was unavailable, despite it being clearly visible behind the staff counter. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration. Additionally, during the breakfast buffet, the milk ran out and I politely requested a refill. A staff member took the empty container away with a visibly irritated expression, but the milk was not replenished for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. As a result, several guests, including myself, were unable to use it. Even after making eye contact with the staff while waiting, there was no follow-up or indication that the issue was being addressed. In contrast, the lobby desk staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, which made a positive impression. I believe that with additional training and service management for the restaurant staff, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced. It is a brand new rather large resort. The room was really good and clean. It seems to be rather kid friendly, with a lot of shallow pools, meandering pool-river as well as a kid zone. The breakfast is not bad, but it does get rather crowded. I guess it will be great in a year or so when all buildings are finished and shopping street fully operational, because it is situated in the middle of nowhere and great for 'all inclusive stay in resort', but much less so if you want to explore around. It is super close to the airport which is why we stayed in it in the first place.

Excellent location – close to the airport. Beautiful, spacious grounds. Decent, varied breakfasts. This was my first time staying here – the building closest to the road had a sea view. Everything was perfect. My daughter arrived a month later. They put us in the building closest to the sea, the main one. And oh, the horror – there were cockroaches in the room, lots of them. They didn't fix the problem. Even after they were exterminated, they kept crawling back out. Which ruined the whole experience. Although my friends got a bug-free room. If you get a roach-free room, everything is perfect. When the sea is calm, the entrance is shallow and sandy.

This resort is nice if you want to stay out of the city and be near the airport (15min). That being said, your food choices anre only limited to the hotel because the area around the airport is super secluded. All the rooms in this hotel are in villas and have a small private pool for use. Access to lobby and restaurant is via walk/buggy ride.
