Atendimento impecável e acolhedor da Alicia na nossa chegada e saída. Ótimas instalações, café da manhã excelente, localização famosa e vista privilegiada para a catedral. Não acho justo tirar uma nota da limpeza, mas notei que os vidros dos quartos estavam cheios de marcas de testa e rosto (para admirar a catedral, obviamente) e passou sem ser percebido pelo pessoal da limpeza. Piscina estava limpíssima, mesmo com as árvores e vento constante que ocorreram nos dias...

Highlights: - Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel - Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.) - Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast - Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning Areas to improve: - Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty - Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city - Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

За сервис и удобства снизил оценку лишь потому, что отель не самый новый, и это будет заметно по номерам. Но в целом, это не портит общего впечатления от прибывания.

Pokój jest bardzo duży, bardzo duży, jest w centrum miasta, jest otoczony przez wiele restauracji i supermarketów, jest bardzo wygodny, na biurku jest angielski, komunikacja jest bardzo płynna, śniadanie jest dobre, w bramie hotelowej jest ochrona, jest bardzo bezpieczna, a otoczenie jest bardzo wygodne.

El hotel es muy acogedor. El personal es muy amable y está atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y acogedoras, además es todo muy limpio y pulcro.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

Localização perfeita, ao lado do Shopping Palladium, próximo ao Aeroporto, Cataratas, e Argentina. Mais distante um pouquinho do Paraguay, porém fácil e rápida a locomoção. Quartos limpos, aconchegantes, e um maravilhoso café da manhã!

Hotel położony zaledwie 20 minut drogi od wodospadów. Darmowy parking. Bardzo czysto. Przepyszne śniadanie. Fajne baseny i korty. Profesjonalna i niezwykle pomocna obsługa. Pozdrawiamy Cindy bardzo gorąco i dziękujemy za okazaną pomoc.

Kiedy przyjechaliśmy do hotelu, w koszu na śmieci w łazience naszego pokoju był papier, co było nieprzyjemne. Poza tym wyszliśmy na krótki wypad i nie prosiliśmy o sprzątanie ani wymianę ręczników, a mimo to weszli do apartamentu i wymienili ręczniki. Uważam, że powinno się to robić tylko wtedy, gdy poprosimy, uważałem to za dość inwazyjne. Poza tym wszystko było w porządku.
