The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness. I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

選擇了很多酒店，最後確定了石家莊白天鵝大酒店，談一下入住感受： 1．交通便利：近鄰石家莊站和地鐵3號線（出酒店40米），非常方便。 2．設施：酒店大廳寬敞明亮富麗堂皇，入住客房面積很大，床上用品舒適，燈具很好，入住有種老上海的感覺。 3．餐飲：中餐廳提供本幫菜等多樣化美食，自助早餐品種豐盛，就餐環境和服務很好。 4、服務：前台美女禮貌熱情，連住2天還給免費升級行政標間。每天還有一份果蔬。保潔人員服務細緻入微，這裏的服務真的超級好！！！ 5．性價比：價格適中，作為二線城市比在北京的入住感無論是房間設施、價位，還是服務態度都要好很多！！ 下次來石家莊，還來此入住，因為價格合適，服務態度好，地鐵3線到各景點旅遊轉換快捷方便！！

近20年沒有來邯鄲，內心充滿了期待 進住這家酒店，讓我欣喜，我被他們熱情、周到、細緻的服務感動到了，酒店設施整潔、方便、細節感滿滿，給我的本次旅程開啟了美好的第一頁；但願我此次旅行如這家酒店的體驗一樣美好😊

Our stay at InterContinental Tangshan was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the moment we entered the hotel, every experience—from check-in at the front desk to settling into our room and dining at the restaurant—was seamless. I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room.

The price is affordable, and the facilities are well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. It's definitely the right choice for a good rest during your trip. The staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot my dental floss, but the hotel provided it. My child accidentally broke a cup in the room, and the staff came quickly to clean it up without charging us. The laundry room is very convenient, with three washing machines and three dryers, so there's no need to wait in line. They also provide laundry detergent and disinfectant, which is very friendly for families with children. There are plenty of parking spaces too.
