„I am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Xiongan International Hotel for their warm hospitality.”

„I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement”

„I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room.”

„Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.”

„Our third stay (the same room) here, still great but I noticed some downgrades. First they changed the toiletries, before they used l'occitane now they use an unknown for me brand. The second thing - there was no coffee machine in the room like it was before. I asked the manager and they brought it. The rest is just perfect.”

„The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.”

„I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.”

„The waiter was very good, the check-in was very fast, and the check-out was neat. The bath ticket sent to my friend said that the male guest had a big pool bath. The big pool water was clean and the water temperature was right. The lady can take a shower in the bath area, or you can make a bubble cylinder at your own expense. It is more than 30 yuan. After that, you can steam on the second floor and watch a movie. The overall experience exceeds expectations and will recommend it to friends.”

„完全超出預期的一次入住體驗。整個酒店簡約高級的裝修風格，房間乾淨整潔，很好的度假選擇地。從走進房間的那一刻開始就註定了這趟旅行充滿了驚喜。定的海景房，超大的陽台，海景一覽無遺。房間有各種酒，對我們兩個愛微醺的女孩子來説無疑是驚喜。酒店有接駁車，去哪裡都別接車送很方便。這裏特別感謝我們的管家小姐姐惠子旭還有客房服務員翟曉春。感謝管家的全程安排有求必應，提前説了來陪姐妹過生日想要有生日佈置，預期也就是簡單的小布置，沒想到那麼好看，朋友特別感動！也感謝客房阿姨的細心照料。也讓我們感受到是真的會被在意入住感受的。真心感謝瀾汐感謝所有的工作人員！在大城市習慣了繁忙的工作節奏和生活，在這裏好像時間會變慢，會感受到被温柔對待。還會再來阿那亞，還會再來瀾汐❤️”

„It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality. Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t! In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!”
