„I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly . However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle . Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍”

„The hotel is located in a great area with a beautiful mountain view that you can enjoy directly from the property. Right next to the hotel, there is a delicious shaokao restaurant which makes it very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The service was excellent — the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They kindly assisted me with my large suitcases and even helped me dry my laundry late at night, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended. The breakfast was also very good.”

„Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！”

Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.”

„Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!”

„Very collapsed stay! Sanitary conditions are very poor! First of all, the fruit plate is very dirty, and the fruit is not washed. I have to wash it myself. We booked 3 rooms together, and the amount of dirty fruit was less than other houses. Secondly, the bath towels were very dirty. After taking a bath, I need to use a bath towel. I saw that there is a disinfection cabinet. I was very happy. After opening it, I found that the front bath towel was not neatly stacked. I was afraid that it was not clean. I specially took the neat bath towel stacked at the back. I was itchy at the back. I took a closer look at the bath towel. There are brown hard substances attached to the bath towel in two places. Very disgusting! Hurry up and take a shower again. I just had to go to bed after washing. When I lifted the quilt, there was a mosquito corpse on the bed. It was too collapsed and disgusting. [Tears] [Tears] [Tears] At this time, it was more than 3 in the morning. I thought the service staff had slept. I had to bear it. I wanted to use a pillowcase to cushion it on it. I took a look at it carefully. The pillowcase is dirty again [crazy] [crazy] [crazy] I have lived in so many hotels and encountered so many problems for the first time. I don't know how to rated 5 diamonds. The curtain box in the room still leaks light, not completely avoid light! It rained last night, and the rain was set on a tin roof. It was jingling all night. Can't it be handled as a silent roof? Is this still 5 diamonds? It's so crazy [crazy] [crazy] [crazy] will never choose this one again! „Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.”

„the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)”

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

I stayed at the Grand View Hotel for one night to take my child to the airport the next day. This was my first time experiencing such excellent service at a hotel. Although it's on a busy street, the soundproofing is great; I couldn't hear any traffic noise outside. There's a reasonably priced paid parking lot right across the street, which is much safer than parking on the roadside! Both the staff and receptionists were very welcoming. They offer afternoon tea and a warm towel upon arrival. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. My wife and child both thoroughly enjoyed it! This hotel offers great value for money and definitely deserves its five-diamond rating!

Stayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

The hotel's night view is fantastic. From the sky lobby, you can see the Songhua River, directly facing the Beer Festival, which is quite a sight. The hotel's location is also excellent, and the room layout is decent. All the facilities are new. It was quite crowded during the summer holidays, but the service was still good. After checking out, Yuki followed up to ask about my stay, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience.

The breakfast was great, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were really lovely. There's a subway station right next door, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street are within walking distance. Definitely worth another visit!

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home immediately. Room: My room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a cozy seating area. I appreciated the modern decor and the large flat-screen TV. The room also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for storing snacks and leftovers. This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Northeast China. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear our neighbors at all. There was no noise or pipe sounds. The rooms and hallways were completely smoke-free. Every department we interacted with – rooms, Executive Lounge, front desk, concierge, and recreation – was fantastic. The only thing I think could be improved is adding a communal self-service laundry room. Although there wasn't one, they did provide a clothesline, and the summer clothes I washed the day before were dry by morning. I also wished for a memory foam pillow, but I didn't ask the room service for one because I already felt everything was perfect. The room attendant added an extra bed for me, so my two children and I each had our own bed. This was the best sleep we had during our entire 8-day stay in Northeast China! They also have a pool, which the kids loved. We originally booked a room without breakfast, but then my family and I upgraded to an Executive Lounge room, which included both breakfast and dinner, saving us a lot of hassle since it's hard to please everyone. Even with the upgrade to an Executive Lounge room, the price was still cheaper than the Hampton Inn with breakfast we stayed at in Yanji. We also stayed at Atour in Shenyang and Orange Hotel in Antu, and the soundproofing at those three hotels wasn't great; we were woken up by other guests every morning. Plus, their no-smoking policies weren't very strict, as there was often a smell of smoke in the corridors or rooms.
