We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose Habsburg again next time I'm in Harbin! The location is great, within walking distance to Central Street, and right across from the cable car and Songhua River. Subway Line 3 is right outside the hotel, super convenient. I chose the 120° room, which offered a partial view of the Songhua River. The stay was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, and what I loved most was the shower pressure – absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, especially breakfast! The restaurant is wonderful, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. All the staff in the restaurant were incredibly warm and enthusiastic, a hundred times better than the service I experienced at other places these past few days! During the National Day holiday, they even gifted 3D printed yogurt to my child every day. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious; staying for three days, there was something different every day, which was great. The parking lot is a bit small, but there are security guards who help find spots, which is excellent. Comparing it to other hotels during my trip to Northeast China over the National Day holiday, Habsburg had the best service, especially suitable for family travel. Oh, and there's a gym, a laundry room, a billiards table, and even a play area for kids. They have queen costumes, but I didn't get to try them this time – next time! There's also afternoon tea with some snacks and drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

First-time stay: We were treated to complimentary afternoon tea with fruits and pastries, which is perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The bathroom is very spacious, and the upgraded room features a bathtub. Ambience: Baroque style with gorgeous glass features—undeniably stunning! As for the disposable slippers, they are much thicker than the ones at Ji Hotels. Service: Every staff member I met here was extremely warm and enthusiastic. The doorman even actively helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. It truly makes you feel at home; the service here is even more attentive than many hotels costing 800 to 900 yuan. I only stayed for one night, but any reasonable request you make is genuinely taken care of! They even proactively upgraded our room! Check-out came with a farewell souvenir: specialty candies. Location: Very close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street), just a few minutes' walk away. My husband and I also stayed at The Grand Mansion 1903 this trip, but we felt that Dayang Ritz offered service that was much more comforting and pleasant. We will definitely stay at Dayang Ritz again and recommend it to our family and friends.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to Central Street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle! This was once the private residence of a Russian Grand Duke in 1903, and it even has a 120-year-old elevator that still runs smoothly and can be used! This time, I was upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious, and the Russian-style interior decoration was simply stunning. The hotel's service was truly excellent! Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and my elderly mother was very happy. Because it's a historical monument, the hotel's exterior cannot be altered. This makes it a bit inconvenient for seniors. The steps are difficult to navigate, and breakfast is in the basement, also requiring stairs. A bit of a shame! If you don't have mobility issues, this hotel is definitely worth looking forward to!

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I stayed at this hotel for four days while visiting Harbin, and it was truly comfortable and offered great value for money. It's not too far from St. Sophia Cathedral or Central Street in the city center, making it convenient to get around. The smart toilet and Mousse mattress were indeed very comfortable. The cleaning staff kept the room spotless every day, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin!

Traveling to Harbin, I chose Aoluguya among many hotels. Although it's a bit far from the city's scenic spots, it's still acceptable, about fifteen to twenty minutes by car. The surroundings are quiet and more comfortable than staying in a tourist area; it's not noisy at all. Moreover, the hotel environment is truly excellent. The main thing is that the staff's attention to detail is outstanding. From the concierge at the door, to the lobby, the restaurant, and the room service staff, everyone is very attentive. They're proactive and on the ball. They specifically told me the welcome fruit would be delivered to the room later, but it never arrived during my three-day stay ☹️↔️ but that's alright. Check-in was handled by a handsome guy named Echo, who was very efficient and clearly explained all the hotel and room details in a short time. There was also a lady who walked around each check-in desk, constantly monitoring customer interactions. This level of detail is something I've only experienced in luxury diamond-rated hotels in other cities; many five-star hotels fall far short. And the gentleman with glasses at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant every day, who I assume is a manager (didn't catch his name), was always enthusiastic and thoughtful. The other restaurant staff, including the chefs at the food stations, also had a particularly pleasant attitude. It's truly impressive to maintain such a work ethic, especially during the peak National Day holiday season. Even when the breakfast area was crowded, it wasn't chaotic, and food was replenished very promptly. Noodles and dumplings were almost always available without waiting. The chefs at the stations were particularly good at explaining the dishes, unlike some hotels where staff get grumpy and act like the world owes them something if they get a little busy. I really can't fault this hotel on these points. If I had to mention a small flaw, it would be this: when I'm consulting or discussing something, I express my thoughts and needs very clearly. I then expect the other person to also communicate clearly with me, instead of just saying, ”This is hotel policy, we have rules.” Every hotel and every place has its own rules, which is normal. But every rule has a purpose and a rationale behind it. At the very least, you can explain what the rule is for and what its objective is. As a customer, I'm not unreasonable. I'm communicating with you politely and understandingly, and my requests aren't overly excessive. Even if it slightly deviates from your rules, you can explain why. Don't just keep saying ”rules, rules.” This kind of empty expression is completely unconvincing and only makes the customer uncomfortable. I've seen many disputes and arguments between hotel staff and customers that stem from this: the customer says something, and the staff just says ”rules,” but can't explain why the rules are there. Who can feel good about that? On this point, Echo at the front desk and the gentleman with glasses in the restaurant were excellent and very professional. In their communication, a single sentence would clarify the meaning of the rule, and your questions would naturally be resolved. Unlike some of the younger female staff who only say ”rules” without explaining anything else, leaving customers with questions and frustration, making them feel like they've committed a grave sin for not conforming to the ”rules.” These are just minor imperfections, and I hope everyone can continue to improve. Overall, the hotel is excellent, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

As a budget-conscious traveler who's stayed in Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Xi'an, and now Harbin, I subjectively feel that the Ritz-Carlton Harbin is the absolute bottom tier for Ritz-Carltons in mainland China. At the very least, their service should be on par. They couldn't customize my room key, claiming it's only for Titanium members and above. The Lion (Ritz-Carlton's member discount) isn't honored here; other Ritz-Carltons offer at least a 10% discount, but this one directly stated, ”We're not part of the same system as other Ritz-Carltons.” The breakfast selection was extensive, but the kitchen staff were chatting without masks (though it might have been about work). What was truly outrageous was seeing a male employee at the workstation talking on the phone with one hand while the other hand was directly in a wok, stirring noodles (likely fried noodles) with his bare hands. During breakfast, my family and I hadn't even been eating for half an hour when three different servers repeatedly approached us asking if they could clear our plates, even though there were empty tables around and no one waiting. I had already politely but firmly told the first server that we would be leaving in five minutes at most, yet two more still came to ask about clearing the plates. This is something I've never experienced at any other five-star hotel. I am truly unsatisfied with the service during this stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent! The bed was comfortable, and they provided plenty of red Nongfu Spring bottled water. The facilities were new and smart, the WiFi was fast, and the breakfast menu changed daily. The front desk staff and housekeeping ladies were very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the location was incredibly convenient, right across from the subway station, and food delivery was always quick. It was so comfortable that I could spend the whole day in the room without getting bored. The laundry room upstairs offered free washing and drying, including detergent. A truly great experience!
