„Overall, my stay was good. However, the Xiao Du device didn’t work throughout my visit, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was one day when housekeeping forgot to make up my room. Despite these issues, the front desk staff provided good service and were always helpful and polite. The location is also quite close to Dai Temple, which makes sightseeing easier.”

„The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.”

„Great location, close to airport. Shuttle bus pick up at airport went without any issue since I have a Chinese phone number, but may be difficult to contact them without it. You need to call them to pick you up and then they will tell you where you’ll be picked up. They have shuttle bus schedule for departure from hotel so make sure you know the time and have to register via wechat. Only stayed for one night. Room was clean but the floor was a bit dirty. Took me awhile to turn on the fridge as it wouldn’t turn on. Appreciate the amenities. Overall, enjoyed my stay, thanks!”
