Dostałem pokój z widokiem na Quancheng Square. Pokój był duży i czysty. Śniadanie było wyjątkowe, z kilkoma słynnymi potrawami z Jinan. Nie mogę wystarczająco pochwalić śniadania. Uwielbiałem swój pobyt w tym hotelu.

Overall, my stay was good. However, the Xiao Du device didn’t work throughout my visit, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was one day when housekeeping forgot to make up my room. Despite these issues, the front desk staff provided good service and were always helpful and polite. The location is also quite close to Dai Temple, which makes sightseeing easier.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Really nice hotel, good location, very clean and friendly staff. Was surprised to see there wasn't a door to the bathroom, but a curtain. However, view and location made up for it greatly!!

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

Absolutely priceless. 2. Plush and Tech-Savvy Room — The king bed was cloud-like—firm yet cozy. Blackout curtains, a slick Bluetooth speaker, and a well-stocked minibar made the stay extra comfortable. It’s clear they didn’t cut corners on in-room amenities. 3. Front-Desk service — Cici ! Shoutout to Cici at reception—what a gem! She was not only polite and efficient but went above and beyond to make sure my room preferences were met pronto. Now that’s what I call five-star service! 4. Anna’s Next-Level Attentiveness Big thanks to Anna from housekeeping. She promptly brought up bottled water, and when she realized I needed a disposable tub bag for the bath, she dashed back to fetch one. Now that’s going the extra mile! ⚠️ THE OOPS MOMENT: · Bathroom Blunder Alright, here’s the not-so-great part: the bathtub had a looong strand of hair (clearly from the previous guest). Yeah, not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this caliber? That’s a basic miss. 🎯 FINAL VERDICT: Stunning room, killer views, and staff like Cici and Anna who truly get hospitality right. But Marriott—y’all gotta tighten up the cleaning checks. If you do, this place would be nothing short of perfection. Still, would I recommend it? For that epic ocean view and standout service? Absolutely. Just maybe give the tub a quick rinse first.

One of the beset Shangri-la stays in a long while. The service of the staff was top-notch from the start. They were ethusiastic and welcoming. They would go above and beyond to get things done and were friendlly at all times. The best thing is they would figure things out ahead for you so you don't have to think. Truly impeccable service. The Chinese Restaurant is also superb — one of the best Chinese restaurants we've had, anywhere!

For quite some time, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski in Jinan, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The rooms are nothing short of breathtaking, adorned with the finest amenities that elevate every visit into a luxurious experience. The staff here is truly exceptional, and I must give a special mention to Kris at the front desk. His warm smile and regal treatment make me feel like a valued guest every time—I can’t overstate what an incredible person he is or how much he enhances the Kempinski’s stellar reputation. Another standout is Sherry, who is always just a phone call away, resolving any travel hiccups with efficiency and grace. Without a doubt, this is the premier hotel in Jinan, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Book a stay here—you won’t regret it!
