Good stay. The pool area is quite small and not the cleanest so wouldn’t give it 5 star. Handy that the lockers were free and free towels provided. Would’ve liked a dressing gown. Room service was quick, hot, and tasty. Customer service was lovely but quite slow on reception. I would definitely stay again!

The Gonville Hotel is gorgeous. Great staff, beautiful boutique hotel. Bar area is lovely and so is the restaurant. Added bonus was a complimentary tour in their Bentley (book in advance). Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good place to get away for some peace and quiet and nice walks around the area. The food is not bad I have had worse at hotels before. Staff are friendly . Rooms were clean and stylish. We Enjoyed our stay . Thanks The Al-jalabys

這個是一家很老的酒店，酒店有點老舊，但勝在房間很大，酒店還是不錯的，唯獨缺點是二樓沒有電梯，不過整體入住體驗還是不錯，家庭出遊的不二選擇，設施衞生也很不錯！

AAnonymous UserThis is also a very good hotel. The front desk service was excellent. Initially, there was an issue with the air conditioning in my room – it couldn't be manually adjusted. I informed the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a new room. The AC in the new room worked perfectly, making my stay very comfortable. Thumbs up for the service! The breakfast was good. My favorite dishes were replenished constantly, and the fish was delicious. The coffee was also nice. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable.

Later I went to my friend's hotel Delta, which is not far away and the lobby looks good. The price is about the same, and it should be better.

AANNBreakfast is average, it is normal, nothing special. The room is too small, and it is rare to live in such a small room at this price. There is a chair in the room, and it is necessary to find a waiter to give another chair. From the picture posted on the door, we stayed in the smallest room in the whole hotel. Really unhappy.
