The hotel is in a great location, very near the train station for access to the airport and Ephesus. My room was on a high floor with a nice view over the city. It was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped - perfect!

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May. The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is lovely. We will definitely visit again next time.

Infrastruktura hotelu Mitte Port Konak jest bardzo nowa i mają świetne śniadanie, mają różnorodność lokalną sera bardzo dobre ciastka i kilka grilla i ziemniaków. Ich spa i turecka kąpiel była zamknięta, gdy próbujemy odwiedzić normalnie mówią, że jest to za darmo dla każdego gościa. Pokój nie miał wystarczających okien, ale AC był mocny do chłodzenia. Tylko problemowe łóżka są trochę małe. Wi-Fi działa dobrze. Mini lodówka. Mają sejfy w pokoju. Mają telewizor. Łazienka jest bardzo dobra, ciepła woda i ciśnienie wody było idealne. Z wyjątkiem szczoteczki do zębów zapewniają wszystko. Położenie hotelu jest dobre, jeśli podróżujesz samochodem lub bierzesz taksówkę, ale pieszo do transportu publicznego jest trochę trudne. Może to kosztować 50 TL od Konak Meydan do hotelu taksówką lepiej nie rozmawiać w nocy. Personel hotelowy był bardzo miły dla nas i innych gości. Jest wiele lokalnych klientów i za granicą z różnych krajów z Francji, Chin, Iranu, Francji itp.

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

This hotel is faultless, the staff are professional and accommodating in all areas. Sea view is worth it - you can even see the Greek island of Lesvos from afar! There is also a nice restaurant on the 19th floor offering A La Carte Dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
