Lokalizacja i obsługa były dodatkowymi atutami.
Czystość i komfort w absolutnie najwyższej klasy obiekcie. Polecam.
This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.
I recently stayed at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel and had an excellent experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable.
A special mention goes to the reception team for their outstanding service. Sabrina, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bukhara. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great
GGuest User・A few days before our stay, my travel companion lost their phone in Tashkent. We had almost given up hope, but Mr. Mirfayz and the other front desk staff went above and beyond, calling various places and eventually finding the phone for us. They provided immense support, including arranging for us to pick it up, and we successfully got the phone back on our departure day. Even though it was a problem unrelated to the hotel, the front desk offered service that went far beyond their usual scope. I don't know everyone's names, but a huge thank you to all of them.
・There were many comfortable seating areas in front of the rooms and the reception. While waiting at the front desk, a staff member brought us tourist brochures for Bukhara and explained them to us. All the staff were very friendly, and Mr. Timur, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful.
・The laundry service was prompt, meticulous, and thorough.
・It was raining and we were very tired on the day we arrived, but being able to use the pool and sauna made our stay comfortable. The pool area had many small, partitioned spaces, making it comfortable to use even with other people around.
・When we checked out, we had a taxi arranged, but the roads were closed that day, so we had to go to a pick-up point quite far away. The front desk staff carried our luggage all the way to the distant pick-up point.
They helped us with so many things until the very end, and we only have good memories. Five stars aren't even enough! When I come to Bukhara again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel was decent in most aspects, but it was really frustrating that they wouldn't refund me when I had to check out early. I booked for two nights and tried to cancel the second night on the day I checked in, which should have been fine since it was more than 24 hours in advance. The front desk told me to contact Trip.com. After Trip.com submitted the request, it took two days for them to reply, only to reject it. After a lot of back and forth, Trip.com eventually reimbursed me half the amount, so I still lost half the money. The whole experience was very unaccommodating for guests.
AAnonymous UserThe overall experience was good, but the overall facilities are a bit old (perhaps this is the standard in Uzbekistan), and it is a bit difficult to carry luggage without an elevator. The service attitude is polite but not very enthusiastic. It should be noted that you need to pay an additional tourist tax of about 50 RMB to get the small white receipt, and you must pay in cash, which is different from what was written on Ctrip. I am a bit speechless.
GGuest UserLocation-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.
MMaajyWas such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place
SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
EEkaterina YablokovaA very beautiful hotel with excellent service, in a walk-in from the old city. We have a family room consisting of two standards connected to the inter-room door, very convenient for 4 people! The room has all the necessary, good repair and comfortable furniture. On the respiratory has helped with all the issues - booking a table in the restaurant, carrying out exchange of currency and so on. The only thing that was a little bit upset - quite modest compared to Hiva and Samarkand breakfast, hot dishes were few, baking in factory packaging, but not bad coffee.
GGuest UserA great family hotel! Located very convenient - in foot access from the old city, the nearest sightseeing is Lyabi House. You can get to the hotel by taxi, although some facilities in the old city can only be reached on foot. Hotel staff is very friendly, hospitality. The host of the hotel has turned on heating as it has already been cold at night on the street. You can leave things in the hotel after expulsion, walk around the city a few hours before the train. I liked breakfast. Especially remembered a delicious home baking, dinas, carrots!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but a taxi ride is only about 100 rubles. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. Breakfasts are European style with several tasty options. There's a gym (a suggestion: please add dumbbells lighter than 14 kg) and a sauna and a hammam. The pool is small, about 2x2 meters. Overall, I really liked everything.
