I visit Bukhara at least twice a year, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the city so far. The hotel had only been open for about a week during my stay, so I believe some minor issues are simply because the staff are still getting used to the systems and procedures. For example, my reservation showed that the payment had already been made, but at checkout I was told that the payment had not yet appeared in their account. I had to wait for around 5–10 minutes while they checked the situation, but eventually everything was sorted out and I was able to leave without any problem. Considering how new the hotel is, I completely understand these minor issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.”
