„I had a good stay at Melia Vinpearl Thanh Hoa. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the city, close to key attractions, shopping centers, and dining options, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights was the stunning city view from my room, which offered a beautiful panorama, especially at night. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, but I felt the attentiveness and warmth could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, Melia Vinpearl Thanh Hoa is a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Thanh Hoa. I would consider staying here again.”

„This was one of the most bizarre and dystopian stays of my entire trip. Checkin and checkout were unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating experiences. Two of the restaurants were closed, spa was closed, bar was closed, and the one restaurant that was open didn't do cocktails just watermelon juice or beer. We had the private villa and pool. Room was great, spacious and comfy bed. Although much of bedroom was taken up by desk for TV which could've been wallmounted. Lovely balcony, a shame there was no seats to sit out on it. Pool was really gross and dirty when we arrived. Pool cleaner came and made it much better but still the corners of Pool floor were grimey. No furniture on pool deck either. Much of rooftop taken up by flowerbed full of dead plants. Outdoor shower was cool and beautiful lake view. Ordered ice and it took an hour and a half to get to our room even though I never saw any other guests. All the staff were pleasant and happy. Some good things, but for the price we payed it was not worth it when we compare it to other stays we've had in Vietnam.”

„I had one of the most memorable stays at “Halora Puluong Retreat”, and the experience exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The bungalows are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and perfectly situated among the breathtaking rice terraces. The panoramic views are simply unforgettable, and waking up each morning surrounded by such peaceful and beautiful scenery was truly special. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the wonderful team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to “Chiên”, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, cheerful, professional, and dedicated to helping us with everything we needed. Her warm personality and outstanding hospitality made a real difference and left us with beautiful memories of our time here. I would also like to give a very special thank you to “Jenny”, whose energy, enthusiasm, and beautiful smile brought so much warmth to the retreat. She was always active, helpful, and full of positive energy. Her presence was truly memorable, and she seemed to be the spirit of the retreat. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us during our stay. Her kindness and dedication made our experience even more special. A special thank you as well to the restaurant team for their excellent service. They were attentive, polite, and consistently made us feel welcome, creating a lovely dining experience throughout our stay. I only have one small suggestion that could make this already wonderful experience even better. We noticed that some male staff members occasionally smoked in the seating area near the reception. Perhaps creating a designated smoking area outside, away from the main guest areas, would be a more professional solution and would help maintain the fresh, peaceful atmosphere that makes this retreat so special. This is only a small suggestion, as overall we were extremely happy with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for everything and for creating such a beautiful and memorable experience. If you are looking for a peaceful, elegant retreat surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, “Halora Puluong Retreat” is an excellent choice. We spent two unforgettable days here and would genuinely be happy to return again. Highly recommended! ❤️”

„Khách sạn mới, đẹp, giá hợp lý, chuẩn dịch vụ. Phòng rộng rãi. Với 1 đơn vị lữ hành tôi thấy hài lòng. Khách sạn rất sạch và rất đẹp , ăn sáng ngon nhưng quá ít sự lựa chọn , ko nên tự bật tivi quảng cáo buổi sáng khi khách đang ngủ 👌”

„2박3일 일정으로 가족 모두 만족했던 시간을 보냈습니다. 날씨도 좋았고, 빌라에서 바라보는 뷰가 정말 멋졌어요. 리조트에서만 시간을 보낸다면 좋은 리조트 휴양지인듯 싶어요.(계절에 따라 달라지겠지만요, 5-10월이 적당할듯) . 삼손비치는 사람들이 정말 많았는데 리조트는 프라이빗 비치로 투숙객만 이용할수 있구요. 다만, 리조트 밖으로 나가기는 좀 힘들듯 하니 참고 하세요. 하노이에서 운전해사 2시간30분 정도 걸렸어요(170km정도) 조식은.. 5성급리조트라고 하기에는 아쉬움이 좀 있었으나 무난했구요, 저희는 자동차를 직접 몰고 갔기때문에 중식은 근처 탱화시(15km거리) 식당으로 가서 먹었어요. 다이닝은 씨푸드 뷔페는 없었고 베트남+웨스턴 스타일의 세트(코스) 요리인데 호불호가 갈릴듯 하네요. 참, 빌라에서 간단한 식사가 가능합니다. 전자레인지, 포트등 으로 컵라면 햇반 등 이용할수 있었습니다.”

„Đi đúng mùa thấp điểm nên gần như chỉ có gia đình mình ở. Vắng vẻ, chỉ có một vài hàng ăn mở cửa. Phù hợp với ai muốn có không gian yên tĩnh hơn là một không gian sôi động.”

„khach sạn nằm ở vị trí ok, tuy ko mới nhưng tạm được so với mặt bằng chung, ko thích cái là bể bơi của flc khá sâu, nguy hiểm, chiều qua mình có bơi, bị mất đà, gần như sắp đuối nước, với tay gọi cứu hộ, nhưng nhân viên chỉ đứng nhìn mặc kệ vùng vẫy, may mà cố quẫy cũng bám dc bờ, tôi ko hiểu họ đã được đào tạo để cứu hộ khi khách cần trợ giúp khi đuối nước chưa, hay để khách đuối tắt thở hẳn mới cứu... quản lý ks cần nhắc nhở lại thái độ làm việc của đội cứu hộ”
