This hotel is absolutely perfect, truly my forever stay in Dalian.
When you request a non-smoking room, it really means zero cigarette smell, which is rare and so appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we entered.
The view is breathtaking, spectacular, and mesmerizing , you can see Venice Water City and the ocean at the same time. Watching both sunrise and sunset from the room was unforgettable.
The whole building smells good and feels luxurious and elegant. The woman who came to help us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy.
The room is fully equipped with everything you need: toiletries, slippers, clothes hangers, washing machine, fridge ….literally like an apartment. The bed is super comfortable and perfectly clean.
This is my second stay here, and it will definitely be my forever choice whenever I come to Dalian. Highly recommended! 💙

We had a wonderful stay recently. The reception staff was very helpful and even took the trouble to use her phone to check the direction to Xita from the hotel. She even led us for part of the way to ensure that we got the direction right. We booked a 2 bedroom but was given only 2 breakfast and the staff was kind to add on free breakfast for all 4 of us. We really appreciated the kind gesture.
Staff at the breakfast place was also friendly and helpful.
The apartment had a washing machine which was the main reason why we booked it and it really came in handy. Washing powder was also provided. However, the dryer function could be improved as it took a long time for the clothes to dry since the machine is a 2 in 1.

新開不久的酒店，設施都很好，空間很大，雲朵沙發很舒服，空調温度舒適，有個小冰箱可以放買的飲料啤酒水果之類的，這點很贊。大電視也很好，手機投屏看啥都很爽，洗完澡去了西塔美食街，走路15分鐘，在那邊逛了韓百超市買了點零食飲料，美食街買了炸雞之類的小吃帶回酒店吃，打開電視邊看邊吃，很愜意舒服！是我迄今為止住的最具性價比的一家酒店了，值得推薦！

Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.

We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours.
The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about.
The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat.
One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

Ocean Loft to apartament. Nie hotel. Lokalizacja jest idealna dla turystów, a widok z okna jest piękny. Powiedziałbym jednak, że czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W toalecie śmierdzi. A na podłodze leżą okruszki ciastek. Ale ogólnie jest w porządku. Ze względu na lokalizację dałbym mu 5/10.

Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian

特別特別好！老闆是個很温柔很細心的女生，住宿的裝修風格很舒適，loft的二層層高也不低。我是學建築的，大家可以放心訂這家公寓，從地理位置、安全性及室內舒適度來説，性價比拉滿！同等價位很難得看到有采光這麼好的住宿！因為住進去的那幾天比較冷，老闆就免費為我們升級了地暖比較好的loft。室內有新風系統，地暖相較於瀋陽那邊不會太乾燥。樓下從後門出去就是地鐵站，附近很多吃的。因為是過來旅遊的，就問老闆有沒有推薦的美食，然後她很詳細地為我們介紹了當地的特色。去吃了幾家，確實不錯。

GGuest UserI arrived at approximately 2:00 PM, and although my room was not yet cleaned due to the holiday period, I understood the situation. I checked into Room 232, the 270-degree sea view room, which was the highest available category at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. The condition of the room facilities was disappointing. In the first bathroom, the flush button was loose and partially detached, and there were visible cracks on the wall. In the second bathroom inside the sea-view bedroom, the door stopper was detached and the drainage system did not function properly.
Additionally, the glass panel near the wardrobe had a long crack, which made us uncomfortable using the area as we were concerned about causing further damage. Most importantly, the refrigerator was not functioning. Although a technician came on the first day and informed us that there was no power supply, no proper resolution was provided. On the second day, another technician was arranged, but we had to wait for a long time, which disrupted our travel plans. Eventually, we were informed that the refrigerator could not be used temporarily. As my family stayed for three nights, this meant we were unable to use the refrigerator for the entire stay and had to leave items with the reception, which was very inconvenient and did not reflect the value of the room.
Regarding cleanliness, the first day was satisfactory. However, on the second day, the housekeeping service appeared rushed. There were hair strands left in the room, and the bed was not properly made — the bed cover was simply pulled over without proper arrangement, and the bedding looked untidy and wrinkled. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards.
Furthermore, the booking was made for three guests, yet only two glasses were provided in the room. There was no tea available, only bottled water. Communication via WeChat was also quite slow when requesting assistance.
On a positive note, the room view was beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff who assisted us before check-in were helpful. The room design and view are truly impressive. However, after check-in, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Additionally, the mirrors in the room had noticeable stains.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for service improvement. Thank you for your attention.

GGuest UserBefore my trip to Dalian, I spent days looking at hotels and B&Bs, worried about cleanliness and being too far from attractions. After three days of searching, and because my child loves loft-style rooms, I finally picked this place. It was such a pleasant surprise! The elevator on the first floor was very convenient. The owner specifically gave us a sea-view room where we could watch the sunrise, and it was also close to the elevator, which was great for the kids and elderly. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were very comprehensive. Downstairs is Donggang and Venice, and it's easy to get to Xinghai Square and the Oceanarium by subway or a 20-something RMB taxi ride. There's even parking downstairs. It was a truly enjoyable trip, highly recommend!

MM392673****Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

Lluo_yanThe location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge.
The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

AAnonymous UserIt was beyond my imagination. I didn't expect the decoration to be so good. It's well-decorated. You can cook, watch movies, and there's a projector. The bed is also very large. When I checked in, I told the housekeeper if I needed cleaning. I didn't clean it, and no one entered my room without permission. After I checked out, the front desk even watched my luggage for a long time. I went there in winter, and everyone says Dalian is even more beautiful in the summer. I plan to come back in the summer. If the price is acceptable, I would stay here again. It's also very close to the subway station.

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at your hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room type, which was a wonderful surprise.
The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shower pressure and temperature control were especially excellent, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around super easy.
I particularly want to commend the room service, which was prompt and attentive to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great! Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. SSunnyAmyEvery year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service.
This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself.
If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed.
While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite.
Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out.
I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. See you again, Ascott, in the summer!

Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable.
What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention.
The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way.
As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip.
We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city.
