The room was good & location was very great to grab sth to eat or get around shopping malls. Just one thing that 3 of us came in winter & booked a room with 2 beds, (one bed on the small roof) However the bed was too cold to sleep :(

Firstly, I wanted to thank you for the most wonderful time at Yiwu  Marriott Hotel. Everything suited me except the  air conditioner, which does not fix the right temperature to cool it down.  Secondly, I wanted to thank  to employees who: -smile,  -greet us  & and, kindly respond for our needs. Wonderful experience. Staff are very friendly and hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement. I would recommend Citadines at any time and would stay there again.

I don’t think I’ve stayed at a place with as much personality as this place: There are so many messages on the walls that it feels like the building is talking to you. Although a bit far from downtown, it’s in a nice modern neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants around. Dujiaqiao metro station is close, as is Wanda Plaza. Liked the projector in the room. Loved the tall windows. Power bank stations are on every floor, really convenient. The rooms feel like an IKEA showroom and aren’t as comfortable as they could be. The decor feels cost efficient. Deliveries were problematic because there aren’t any robotic butlers. Breakfast looked very basic so I went to Tim’s across the pathway. Staff was great.

It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

I will stay at this hotel every time. The room layout is good. The view is very good. The facilities are complete. The service is in place. It is clean and tidy. I will buy something to cook every time. The tableware is from a big brand. Highly recommended.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

My friend booked this hotel for me while I I traveled to Wenzhou to meet a group of people. I was told this was a five star hotel. I took a screen shot online and sent it to her. The name of the hotel is in Chinese. My friend could not find this hotel on English website. So she searched by location and found this one , the picture and the address were exactly the same as the one I sent it to her. But it’s not hotel , it’s apartment . Anyway she booked it for me. When I got there , I found out this tower did have 5 star hotel in the lower floor between 1-24. The apartments were on the higher floor. They had separate entrance and front desk. It’s weird. Obviously the hotel’s front desk looked luxurious. I checked in my room , it had nice views. The room is big and clean. Next morning I went to the hotel to have breakfast, pay extra 68 yuan. Also tour the hotel. Their rooms were bigger and looked nicer. You pay what you get. I paid half of their price for the room. The other people from the group laughed at lme how I booked 3 star apartment in 5 star hotel property.

The overall environment is warm and quiet, the room is hygienic and tidy, and there are microwave ovens, induction cookers, washing machines, refrigerators, etc. in the rooms. Will choose again next time.

Deluxe Room with Three Beds Good hotel, value for money. We arrived in the city much earlier at 8 am, although we checked in only at 2 o'clock, we found out at the reception if our room was free and if we could check in earlier, but the room we rented was still occupied and as soon as people moved out of the room, it was immediately very quickly removed and prepared for new tenants, It was very fast and at 10 am we were already in our room. Also, at the reception, we were allowed to leave our personal belongings while we went on business. 👌👍

第一次到寧波出差，看到有雅詩閣，就果斷選擇了，因為以前在其他城市，住的最多的就是雅詩閣。雖然酒店前台jaylan有提前聯繫告知大堂入口，但還是找了一會，畢竟大堂隱祕而奢華！辦理完入住，jaylan還帶客到房間，不愧是雅詩閣，服務還是一如既往的優秀！
