„Lokalizacja jest doskonała, blisko molo, bardzo blisko centrum miasta i atrakcji, a także dogodna do spożywania posiłków. Atmosfera i obsługa hotelu są całkiem dobre, a śniadanie również smaczne. Miłym zaskoczeniem było to, że mimo iż nie wspomniałem o członkostwie w IHG, przyznano mi ponad 300 punktów – niewiele, ale świadczy to o ich szczerości. W końcu zrozumiałem, co oznacza „pokój bez barier”; w końcu to był pokój dla osób niepełnosprawnych, prawie żart! 🤣”

„Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.”

„Brilliant central location. Really friendly reception staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. The additional microwave with dishwasher and fridge freezer were really useful. Nice hot shower, bit on the small side. I didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment. The gym was more than adequate. Short walk to the docks or in to the city centre. Will definitely stay again.”

„The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!”

„Apartment was very nice, it could have been cleaner though, room had a damp smell the whole time we were there which wasn’t nice, even keeping windows open didn’t help, facilities were good, had everything I needed. Definitely not luxury but nice.”

„I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.”
