Apartments w: Gangwon State, South Korea

Apartment was adjacent to a quiet park with no street noise. Kitchenette had all needed inclusions. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioner is quiet. Refrigerator was adjacent to the bed and quite loud but could be turned off. If you want a sea view I recommend paying more for Sokcho Beach C or Le Collective (same owner and building) as all but the top floor at A+B is obscured by pine trees.

We stay for one night, big room. No towel provided, only have face towel… Stress if with big luggage and need carry to level 2. There is option to do self BBQ for dinner, owner will drive you to nearby supermarket to buy meat for BBQ… ideal for families and friends… Next day we went to Ski near Everland… which the owner also drive us to a rental shop to buy Ski entrance tickets and rent Ski equipment…

Great location with many seafood restaurants nearby and also a couple of nice cafes to chill with a good view. It’s better to take a taxi when coming from the bus terminal with luggages. There are buses that take to the downtown area as well. Room is clean and convenient with its amenities plus there is a washer and dryer in the room. Check in was easy with instructions although there is a need to follow the 4pm check in time and 11am check out time. No daily housekeeping unless stay is 3 nights or more. Overall it was a great stay! Well-recommended.

두번째방문입니다~ 꼭다시오고싶던호텔이었거든요 금요일저녁이라조금더저렴하기도해서바로 선택했죠. 첫번째는 싱글로 2개인방으로 많이넓고뷰도엄청좋았는데 이번에퀸침대1개인방으로 저번보단작기도하고뷰도조금~^^ 그래도구비되어있는것들도많고 식탁도좋고 화장대가있어 시계.귀걸이등 놓기가너무좋고 깨끗하고좋았네요. 방이좀썰렁한거같아보일러를올리니 금방따뜻해지더라구요 이날바람이엄청부는날이었는데 자기전쯤에 환풍기있는쪽에서 뭔가계속긁는것같은소리가크게계속나서 좀당황스러웠네요 그런소리가나면못자는편이라걱정했는데 다행히잘때쯤그쳐서잘잤습니다 그쪽은한번체크하셔야하지않을까싶습니다~ 기회가되면또오겠습니다~

Automated check-in. Well located with quick access to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Everything is good. The only issue was the balcony was home to many pigeons and covered in...droppings. A comfortable stay none the less.

Location : not far from Sokcho express bus terminal and Sokcho intercity terminal by taxi/bus , exact location in Maps but don’t have any sign outside the building. Can walk to Sokcho market, GS25, King Crab restaurants. Room : New and clean, I have ever stayed in Busan branch before here is a bit tiny space for 4 people. Have enough nessesary amanities including automatic toilet, only 2 bottles of water/day. Maid make up the room every day. My room have a side of habour view = you have to lean out from the balcony to see the sea view. Receptionist : kind & polite, 24 hrs at front. Could request to call a taxi but somes dont use the taxi metre and ask for higer price. Kakao taxi is better.

What a nice experience here! Warm and clean room, beautiful river view, comprehensive facilities, and most importantly, the toys for kids are so cute, my kids enjoyed a lot!

숙소는 넓은데 시설은 커피포트만 사용할수 있고 컵4개 사용 씽크대 냉장고만 있어요 주방용품하나도 없어요 다음에는 콘도를 잡는게 편할것 같았어요 화장실은 엄청 작아요 지인이랑 가는것은 조금 민망할것 같아요 20층 상가는 아직 다음에 또 오기로 하고 내려 왔어요

Place is near the bus terminal and the beach. Many shops and restaurants around. Everything was contactless and easy to maneuver. It was easy to apply for late check out as well. 10,000 won per hour. Great place to stay if you are heading to seoraksan. Bus stop is a 5 mins walk. Maybe because its new, the place is clean and mould free

The price per quality is not hotel strong point, we paid around 250 USD per night, which can only be attributed to hotel location as the rest is quite mediocre (both in terms of amenities and size of the room). Can be described as a basic 3 star city hotel with self check and check out. There are no coffee shops in the same building so you need to go outside if you want to get some nice coffee (or drink capsules coffee in the room). The check in time is 4 pm which is later than the standard time in South Korea. The view is good though.
