Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

A very good interior setting and well maintained hotel. Provide complimentary parking after checked-in, with ample parking space available on a few levels of the building. Clean swimming pool, however pool towel was not provided. Buffet breakfast with satisfactory varieties, good choices of coffee served, friendly and helpful staffs. There is a table tennis room with two tables good for ping pong lovers. Several restaurants at ground level next to the hotel entrance offer limited local dishes.

The unit was clean and well maintained. However, the elevator was quite busy, especially during check out time, which caused some inconvenience. The cleanliness of the swimming pool could be improved, as it did not appear to be properly maintained. The ping pong rackets and the cue sticks were worn out and should be replaced to enhance the overall experience and darts were missing. Additionally, One of the air conditioning units in the game room was also broken and needs repair. Overall, while the unit was satisfactory, several facilities require attention and improvement.

Good stay with Attic home. Room is clean and bright enough. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and hair dryer. The whole imperio residence building is vacant except theres a small mart at ground floor. Carpark wasn’t thoroughly well lit at all. There are 5 lifts so you wont be waiting long for it. But i encountered one of the lift issue, after i entered, the lift jerked up and idle for 5secs before it starts to descend. Check out was a hassle as you need to go out from the building and turnaround at the traffic light to return the key. The building design isnt so ideal.

Uważamy, że szczęśliwy jest, że osoba odpowiedzialna za awanjiwa jest miła i odpowiedzialna. Mamy kilka hicupsów na czek i ustaliliśmy, aby zmienić inny pokój, jak u można zobaczyć zdjęcia z frm katastrofa pierwszego pomieszczenia, które otrzymaliśmy powiedziałem PIC tylko łóżko i zlewozmywak jest czysty inni są wszystkie pyszne 😵💫 Przemieniliśmy się w inne lepsze pokoje stanowe również z niektórym plamą na stole n szafki, więc musiałem się oczyścić, zanim włożyłem coś. Nie jest tak źle, ale powiem im nie an airbnb guest . 😅 i czuje się naprawdę dziwnie, gdy u zostaje w hotelu, ale jak tak dziwne u nie może parkować w tej samej jednostce i u po prostu nie czuje u są daleko na wycieczkę, jak miejsce u check in jak nasz sąsiad dom نوعاً ما czuje .

It was a nice hotel with great service

Floor was dirty and bedsheets had a weird smell. Owner was quick to send a cleaner to help upon request but I feel it should have been done before check in.

I'd like to share regarding our stay. Unfortunately, we had a rather unsettling experience during the night. Around midnight (between 12am and 1am), someone attempted to access the unit using a key, we could clearly hear the sound of a key trying to unlock the door. This caused quite a fright, especially for the children. Suggestions: • It would be highly recommended to install an internal door lock for added security. Ideally, a CCTV camera or a door peephole would also help, so guests can see who is outside before opening the door or windows. Aside from that incident, the stay was generally pleasant. A few minor maintenance issues to note: • Some lights and remotes may need to be checked for proper functioning. • The toilet bowl feels a bit unstable as it is shaking and need a fix. It definitely worth for a returns if all these can be improved. 😊
