all good, only air conditioner not very good condition

A very good interior setting and well maintained hotel. Provide complimentary parking after checked-in, with ample parking space available on a few levels of the building. Clean swimming pool, however pool towel was not provided. Buffet breakfast with satisfactory varieties, good choices of coffee served, friendly and helpful staffs. There is a table tennis room with two tables good for ping pong lovers. Several restaurants at ground level next to the hotel entrance offer limited local dishes.

Good location, walking distance to jonker street. There's outlet and malls just located behind the accommodation, and surrounded with nice food! Room is clean, strong aircon for the humid weather and water dispenser just outside the room. Host is nice and responds fast to all our enquiries and requests.

Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

To spontaniczna podróż, że zarezerwowaliśmy pokój przed sprawdzaniem recenzji Google. Jednak wiemy o różnych sposobach check in. Najwyraźniej jest pod awanjiwa zarządzanie stylu *air-bnb* pokoi, który jest tym samym hotelem jak Pina. Po pierwsze, Jeśli jest wybór, mogę pokierować książkę od sosn , próbowaliśmy raz pod brzegiem & szwajcarski ogród to samo jeszcze nie zapomniane podróż 😅 Powiedziałbym, że hotel opłaty ceny zapewnią dać najlepsze usługi może . Uważamy, że szczęśliwy jest, że osoba odpowiedzialna za awanjiwa jest miła i odpowiedzialna. Mamy kilka hicupsów na czek i ustaliliśmy, aby zmienić inny pokój, jak u można zobaczyć zdjęcia z frm katastrofa pierwszego pomieszczenia, które otrzymaliśmy powiedziałem PIC tylko łóżko i zlewozmywak jest czysty inni są wszystkie pyszne 😵💫 Przemieniliśmy się w inne lepsze pokoje stanowe również z niektórym plamą na stole n szafki, więc musiałem się oczyścić, zanim włożyłem coś. Nie jest tak źle, ale powiem im nie an airbnb guest . 😅 i czuje się naprawdę dziwnie, gdy u zostaje w hotelu, ale jak tak dziwne u nie może parkować w tej samej jednostce i u po prostu nie czuje u są daleko na wycieczkę, jak miejsce u check in jak nasz sąsiad dom نوعاً ما czuje .

Good stay with Attic home. Room is clean and bright enough. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and hair dryer. The whole imperio residence building is vacant except theres a small mart at ground floor. Carpark wasn’t thoroughly well lit at all. There are 5 lifts so you wont be waiting long for it. But i encountered one of the lift issue, after i entered, the lift jerked up and idle for 5secs before it starts to descend. Check out was a hassle as you need to go out from the building and turnaround at the traffic light to return the key. The building design isnt so ideal.

We got the penthouse unit. Top floor. Taking lift was also faster as they had to come to the top to pick us first before the lower levels, especially during check out, super crowded with people with only four lifts. Everything was good and clean, we enjoyed the stay, except the beds. Way too soft. Good for big families with children.
