Wszystko było w porządku, tylko zameldowanie nastąpiło późno. Trzeba było czekać pół godziny, aż pokój będzie przygotowany. W tym czasie może być szczyt sezonu, bo to święto państwowe, ale to w porządku. Pracownicy płci męskiej (zapomniałem zapytać o imię) byli bardzo przyjaźni i gotowi odpowiedzieć na potrzeby gości podczas zameldowania. Natomiast pracownicy płci żeńskiej (Chiny) również zapomnieli zapytać o imię i nie byli zbyt mili, kiedy byliśmy gotowi się wymeldować i wręczyć kartę. Nie uśmiechnęli się, chociaż przeprosiliśmy za trochę spóźnione oddanie karty, ponieważ i tak wymeldowaliśmy się wcześniej z pokoju. Trochę spóźnili się, żeby zwiedzić basen i poziom 13, żeby zrobić zdjęcia dla rodzinnej pamiątki.

This time I rented a family-style room at the hotel. It had two bedrooms and two living rooms, making it very spacious. Unlike other hotels, they didn't provide cleaning or bed linen changes for five nights. There was a water dispenser and microwave in the common area. Although there was an elevator, you had to use the stairs to enter the hotel; it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The hotel didn't have a restaurant, so I had to eat breakfast at a nearby food stall, which was quite good. (See photos)

this is my second stay here..will always be my frst choice if i’m in penang..love the hospitality,cleanliness and the strategic place…easy access to the beach and many choices of food nearby..

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a convenience store on-site and plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with an open view outside. Since it's a serviced apartment, it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, which was perfect for making a simple late-night snack with groceries bought from the supermarket. However, there were a couple of downsides: the water pressure was quite weak, and there was a strange drain smell coming from the bathroom, which definitely needs improvement. The gym and infinity pool are located on the 36th floor. The pool was super clean and the views were absolutely stunning! 👍

Overall, my stay at Iconic Regency by Stellar ALV was pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The location is quiet, though not very close to shops or restaurants, so some travel is needed. Amenities are average but sufficient for a short business stay.

Was looking forward to my stay in Penang but was left disappointed. Imagine entering the toilet wanting to take relief but was greeted by strands of hair floating on the toilet bowl unflushed. How awesome was that, especially knowing that I paid RM 200 + per night. There were 2 rooms in total, with 1 facing the corridor. I was shocked when my room was well lit with lights off at 3 am in the morning. Who, in their correct mind, would install shades with no coverage, knowing damn well that the lights over the corridor are on overnight. To make matters worse, the extra bed in the room was a hindrance to the door. That's the maximum I can open without lifting the edge of the mattress. Did I also inform you that the rooms are not soundproof at all? Noises from the corridor, the living room and even from the other room can be heard clearly. It's definitely a big no no for light sleepers. While this may not be an issue pertaining to the homestay, I would also like to inform that the lifts are always packed, even during weekdays. We have no choice but to take the stairs down 14 floors after a 15-minute wait. So definitely plan well ahead if you have decided to stay here.

Pokój był dobrze wyposażony w dwie klimatyzatory (w sypialni i aneksie kuchennym), telewizor Smart TV, sprzęt do prasowania, lodówkę, biurko, stół jadalny i wystarczającą liczbę gniazdek elektrycznych. Łazienka była nieskazitelnie czysta, z silnym ciśnieniem wody i stałą temperaturą ciepłej i zimnej wody. Kosmetyki i ręczniki były w pełni zapewnione. Udogodnienia hotelowe były świetne. Z basenu na poziomie 15 roztacza się piękny widok na miasto i zatokę. Do dyspozycji gości jest również siłownia, pralki, automaty z napojami i ręcznikami. Prędkość Wi-Fi była szybka i odpowiednia do celów służbowych. Windy działały szybko, były czyste i wygodne. Drobne niedogodności to hałas uliczny i syreny karetek pogotowia, a także nieco powolny, automatyczny system parkowania w godzinach szczytu. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, z łatwym dostępem do restauracji i pobliskich sklepów, takich jak 99 Speedmart, Lotus’s i Happy Mart. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, ten hotel oferuje doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny poniżej 500 RM. Doskonale nadaje się dla osób podróżujących samotnie, w podróżach służbowych i małych rodzin. I wasn't expecting this level of comfort and amenities for this price. The room was very clean and had everything you need, even an EV charger. I managed to get help from security to help access it. There's convenience store next to reception too, if you need to grab something. The location is perfect too, it's a walking distance to many eateries and bar. I'm not sure if this constitutes a negative but I find the parking very narrow. You'll need to make a few spiral towards level 4 and every point of the way, I felt I will probably scratch the car along the way. Even the turning once you reach the actual carpark is very tight.

Location is good. Very close to many eating places. The unit is not big, but got 2 rooms. Balcony is small, most likely just for fresh air. View from room also not bad. However, there is no place to hang clothes in bedroom 2. Fridge is small with small freezer area only. Facilities got small play ground for kids and sky pool. Small but still able to make kids happy.

I stayed on high floor and was able to enjoy a beautiful city view from the room. The room was well-equipped with convenient facilities such as hangers to hang our towels and an LG brand water dispenser where you can choose the temperature you prefer for drinking. Overall, everything was good and comfortable. The only thing worth mentioning is the parking fee. Every day have to go down lobby redeem the parking but the car park still charges RM9 (we stayed 3d2n), which is something guests may want to take note of.
