„Our stay this time was absolutely delightful. The entire guesthouse exuded a warm, comfortable, and home-like atmosphere. Both the rooms and common areas were spotless and seemed brand new. It was evident that the owner had put a great deal of thought and effort into everything, from the hardware amenities to the thoughtful arrangements. The sea view from the window was breathtaking and captivating. Just sitting indoors, watching the ever-changing sea and sky from morning to night, was incredibly relaxing. The indoor lighting was soft and just right, creating a quiet and cozy ambiance. The mattress, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, clean, and highly functional, making it very convenient for cooking or preparing a simple breakfast. The bathroom amenities were well-stocked, and the environment was clean, making us feel completely at ease. What was most surprising was the comprehensive mobile phone charging setup; there was no need to worry about a lack of power outlets or forgetting to bring an adapter. Overall, this place not only boasts excellent facilities but also offers a personal touch that makes you feel genuinely cared for. Whether it's for a short, relaxing getaway or a trip with family and friends, I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!”

Winda jadąca w górę i w dół, otwierająca i zamykająca drzwi, generuje ciągły, 24-godzinny hałas. Osoby, które nie tolerują hałasu, powinny zachować ostrożność rezerwując ten typ pokoju. Miałem szczęście, że miałem ze sobą melatoninę, inaczej nie wiem, jak przetrwałbym te noce… Ten hałas nie jest winą gospodarza. Aktywnie próbował on komunikować się z sąsiednim hotelem, ale bezskutecznie, więc tak już zostało.”

„Absolutely amazing, trust me and book it, you won't regret it! Incredible value for money! The customer service lady even spoke Chinese, and the location is great, right in the city center. We even caught their traditional dance performance in the mall across the street, it seems like a regular show around noon, so you can check it out then. The bed was super comfortable, and thoughtfully, they even provided an iron, a fridge, and even Chinese power outlets! That was a lifesaver if you didn't bring an adapter. The TV worked too, though there was no water in the room, but there's a supermarket downstairs, which is super convenient. And the lady was really, really attentive! Absolutely amazing, a truly happy trip!!!”

„Honest Review: The duo room is just nice for a family trip. There are both pros and cons. Cons: Mattress condition – The mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. It’s not firm, and you can feel the pocket springs. Air-conditioning issue – The AC in my room (702) was leaking and not cold while in use. We contacted the host, and the owner came the next day to fix it. While I appreciate the help, the cooling was still not satisfactory and clearly needs proper servicing. Parking problem – Parking is a major issue. Even if you try to park outside, there’s almost zero chance because most spots are reserved by restaurants or property owners. The only option is basement parking with hourly charges and no maximum cap. First 2 hours: RM2.50 Subsequent hours: RM1.50 per hour We paid nearly RM17.50 for about 11 hours. If your car doesn’t move, the charges continue until you leave. This is expensive and very inconvenient. 4. This 7th floor due rooms is facing main road building which look nice view, but very noises while during night you may hear the car road noise. Pros: Shower water pressure is great. The pantry is spacious and hygienic. Free access to Netflix on the TV. The host is helpful and willing to assist. Overall: I would rate this place 50/50. If you’re traveling to KK mainly for places like Imago Shopping Mall and not driving your own car, this place is acceptable. However, if you’re driving, I would not recommend staying here due to the parking issues and high cost. That’s all I want to share. Thank you.”

„The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern furniture. However, the pool is quite small and only opens at 9 AM. Guests also have to check out before 11 AM. The customer service could be improved as the staff were not very friendly, and guests are required to dispose of their own rubbish before checking out.”

„I had a wonderful stay at Mapple Home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed — ironing facilities, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, TV, heater, WiFi, plates, bowls, pots, cutlery, glasses, pans, an electric stove, and a very comfortable mattress. The entire area was spotless and well-maintained. Special thanks to the host, Syafini, for being so helpful in answering all my questions and kindly allowing me to check out late at 12 pm. The sea view was absolutely beautiful and truly healing — I could enjoy the calming view of the ocean right from the bed. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!”

„I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The location is incredibly convenient and right in the heart of the town, which made it so easy to get around. Parking was hassle-free, and having Jesselton Point Ferry just next door was a huge bonus, especially for day trips and island hopping. The homestay itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed waking up to the fantastic view each morning and this made the stay even more special. Overall, a great experience with both comfort and convenience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!”

„The host is super helpful. I checked in and found out there is water problem of the apt so they changed to our new place which bigger apt with 2 bedroom. They provide the new towels, water, tea and coffee everyday. I am more than happy with their service.”

„Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht, alles noch neu. Check-in und Check-out sind recht einfach möglich über WhatsApp. Es kann durch idiotische Motorradfahrer nachts manchmal etwas laut werden. Die Aufzüge sind phasenweise schwierig zu bekommen. An sich ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.”

„is a nice experience by using what's app to check in and check out. pretty easy. just need to be patient to read instruction. nice thing is there is a mini grocery shop and breakfast at ground floor. makes things more convenient. it will be excellent if the clean the bathroom even better like exhaust fans. room is exactly like photo.”
