„Absolutely amazing, trust me and book it, you won't regret it! Incredible value for money! The customer service lady even spoke Chinese, and the location is great, right in the city center. We even caught their traditional dance performance in the mall across the street, it seems like a regular show around noon, so you can check it out then. The bed was super comfortable, and thoughtfully, they even provided an iron, a fridge, and even Chinese power outlets! That was a lifesaver if you didn't bring an adapter. The TV worked too, though there was no water in the room, but there's a supermarket downstairs, which is super convenient. And the lady was really, really attentive! Absolutely amazing, a truly happy trip!!!”

Idealny apartament z dwiema sypialniami dla dwóch dorosłych i dwójki dzieci Minusy: Ciągły hałas przez całą dobę. Ten apartament znajduje się tuż obok windy w sąsiednim hotelu. Winda jadąca w górę i w dół, otwierająca i zamykająca drzwi, generuje ciągły, 24-godzinny hałas. Osoby, które nie tolerują hałasu, powinny zachować ostrożność rezerwując ten typ pokoju. Miałem szczęście, że miałem ze sobą melatoninę, inaczej nie wiem, jak przetrwałbym te noce… Ten hałas nie jest winą gospodarza. Aktywnie próbował on komunikować się z sąsiednim hotelem, ale bezskutecznie, więc tak już zostało.”

„Honest Review: The duo room is just nice for a family trip. There are both pros and cons. Cons: Mattress condition – The mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. It’s not firm, and you can feel the pocket springs. Air-conditioning issue – The AC in my room (702) was leaking and not cold while in use. We contacted the host, and the owner came the next day to fix it. While I appreciate the help, the cooling was still not satisfactory and clearly needs proper servicing. Parking problem – Parking is a major issue. Even if you try to park outside, there’s almost zero chance because most spots are reserved by restaurants or property owners. The only option is basement parking with hourly charges and no maximum cap. First 2 hours: RM2.50 Subsequent hours: RM1.50 per hour We paid nearly RM17.50 for about 11 hours. If your car doesn’t move, the charges continue until you leave. This is expensive and very inconvenient. 4. This 7th floor due rooms is facing main road building which look nice view, but very noises while during night you may hear the car road noise. Pros: Shower water pressure is great. The pantry is spacious and hygienic. Free access to Netflix on the TV. The host is helpful and willing to assist. Overall: I would rate this place 50/50. If you’re traveling to KK mainly for places like Imago Shopping Mall and not driving your own car, this place is acceptable. However, if you’re driving, I would not recommend staying here due to the parking issues and high cost. That’s all I want to share. Thank you.”

„The weather was sunny during our short stay there. The kids enjoyed swimming at the pool. The rooftop seaview was superb. The homestay was studio type but it's fine for small family. Overall it was a relaxing stay at Home Deco homestay. The service also excellent. 👍”

Each room was well-maintained, with cozy beds and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The living area was bright and welcoming — a great spot for family/friends bonding after a day out. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare simple meals together. We also loved the balcony view, which added a nice touch of calm to our mornings. The location was convenient, walking distance to shopping mall, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making our stay even more pleasant. „The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern furniture. However, the pool is quite small and only opens at 9 AM. Guests also have to check out before 11 AM. The customer service could be improved as the staff were not very friendly, and guests are required to dispose of their own rubbish before checking out.”

„The experience was ok, apartment was spacious and clean, but fittings and furniture is dated. Response from management was prompt, and service is good. Things to take note: 1. One of the two lifts in the main lobby cannot reach the floor of the stay. There is a tiresome workaround, send the lift to other floors and call the other lift. 2. There are constant noise from the floor above well past midnight, sound of dragging furnitures and what sounded like vermin above the ceiling. 3. There is a certain unpleasant smell in the common lobby and inside the unit the moment you open the door, but you’ll get used to it. Overall good value for the location, convenience and space.”
