The pool water is very cold below temperature, cannot swimming longer. The place is good but need more to improve, no playing place for small children.

There is honestly nothing I can fault. Upon arrival, I was welcomed in my room very quickly (noting I was given a free room upgrade as well), seeing an extremely clean room, clean soft bed sheets and towel, free water, and coffee amenities with every room service.
There is a very fancy cafe, in fact 3 all almost stuck to the hotel which was unexpected. For the fairly cheap price, I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat.
I usually am picky about how clean my room is, but this one was spotless.

كما اود ان اشكر الموظفة لجين بشكل خاص والموظفين الشباب كلهم والعمال الاجانب ايضا ماقصروا كلهم من بشاشة وجه وحسن استقبال وتعامل.

For the price of USD100 per night including Arabic daily breakfast sending to your room is definitely value for money. Apartment style living that can accommodate two adults in a big spacious room.
Conveniently located near Granada Mall and with lots of eateries outlets to choose from.
For daily housekeeping service, they do not automatically clean and change your bedding and toiletries, tell them in advance if you need the services or just top-up on anything whenever you need it, no question ask.

New hotel very clean very quite and the room is spacious with very reasonable price compared to the great service and cleanliness of the room. The staff are exceptional they were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Very kind and respectful. Many thanks Christian and the whole team there. It was such a pleasant experience for me and I highly recommend this hotel to others. I'll definitely come back again 👍🏻👍🏻

在Olaya street 上的damac tower。沒有前台，到了需要聯繫酒店，等了一會兒。離國王塔很近，但是利雅得不適合户外行走（車太快，夏天熱），步行去國王塔還是不太可能的。
有洗衣機和廚房，還是比較方便的。

Location & Transportation:
The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR.
Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us.
This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab.
Parking: Outside parking is available for guests.
Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed.
The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site.
A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience.
If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value.
A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.

To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

MM.AshalRooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

MMd Manjur Ahad HelalMy stay for two nights with duset service hotel was moderately good. The staffs are well behaved and coperative. The cleanliness and services were good. The dinning facilities in the dinning room is discontinued as I heard and they served me out breakfast at the room. Given the amenities and services, I think the room rates in Saudi Arabia is much higher comparison to the amenities and facilities given in South East Asian Countries.

The bathroom is a bit small, without a separate wet and dry area or glass partition, so water splashes onto the toilet and toilet paper when showering. Also, breakfast is delivered to the room and mainly consists of pancakes with sauce.

There is no toilet paper in the hotel, and you must rinse it with water after putting on the queen size. There are no towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. in the room, so you must bring these toiletries yourself. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle. There is a small convenience store next to it where you can buy food and supplies, including instant noodles.
