Highlights: - Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel - Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.) - Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast - Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning Areas to improve: - Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty - Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city - Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

A great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

very beautiful hotel and classic decoration style! There's nothing bad to say! The staff were helpful and served us very well, especially Cleverson at reception, his excellent service, he helped us with everything! Satisfactory breakfast. The only thing that was bad was that we got a room with no view, otherwise everything was perfect.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

Miałem przyjemność pobytu w hotelu Johnscher, i to było przyjemne doświadczenie. Recepcjonistka Nicole uczyniła moje pobyt w Rochester Hotel wspomnianym doświadczeniem. Jej poświęcenie do wybitnej usługi jest testamentem jej ciężkiej pracy i pasji do jej roli. Pokój i łazienka były duże i czyste. Cieszyłem się również śniadaniem uzupełniającym, restauracja hotelowa jest rozsądnie ceniona,($7 obiad w formie bufetu) z wysokiej jakości żywności i z dobrą obsługą Hotel był idealny, .Ogólnie, bardzo polecam ten Hotel dla każdego, kto szuka centralnej, wygodnej lokalizacji w Curitiba

Ficamos somente uma diária, posso pontuar algumas coisas: - Café da manhã gostoso e variado; - Atendimento da equipe da cozinha/café ótimo; - Atendimento na recepção poderia ser melhor; - A água custa R$8,00 (a garrafinha); 😳 Sobre o quarto, ao abrir a porta o cheiro muito forte de mofo surge (a porta propriamente dita está mofada). A acústica não é das melhores, as 03:00 da manhã foi possível escutar a televisão dos vizinhos de quarto (falta senso do hóspede também, né?) Outro detalhe é que, pensei que havia feito um bom negócio pelo valor pago via trip.com, porém, tive que pagar R$25,00 extras pelo estacionamento. Na próxima me atentarei a esse detalhe e escolherei outro com o valor embutido no check in. De qualquer forma, gosto da rede Slim e voltaria outra vez.

Atendimento impecável e acolhedor da Alicia na nossa chegada e saída. Ótimas instalações, café da manhã excelente, localização famosa e vista privilegiada para a catedral. Não acho justo tirar uma nota da limpeza, mas notei que os vidros dos quartos estavam cheios de marcas de testa e rosto (para admirar a catedral, obviamente) e passou sem ser percebido pelo pessoal da limpeza. Piscina estava limpíssima, mesmo com as árvores e vento constante que ocorreram nos dias...

O hotel é muito bom, o quarto melhor que a maioria dos hotéis, no entanto, as condições do banheiro foram péssimas, sujo com marcas de urina seca no piso em frente ao bacio, bacio encardido por dentro, tampa do bacio solta, porta shampoo e sabonete no box solta, trinco soltando com risco de ficar preso no banheiro. Imperdoável um hotel com essa categoria e preço em um estado de conservação e limpeza do banheiro dessa maneira. O hotel fica anexo a um prédio de apartamentos e centro comercial. A recepção fica na sobreloja. A atendente na recepção era inexperiente. O atendimento pelos porteiros e manobristas foi muito bom. O café da manhã é em um restaurante no térreo, excelente e com bom atendimento.
