I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

Podczas przerwy noworocznej przyjechałem pociągiem szybkobieżnym do Chengdu i zatrzymałem się w Kaiman Summit Hotel Apartment, niedaleko świątyni Daci. Chciałbym podkreślić trzy rzeczy: 1⃣️ Lokalizacja jest świetna, zaledwie rzut kamieniem od Taikoo Li, co sprawia, że jedzenie i zakupy są niezwykle wygodne. 2⃣️ Widok jest fantastyczny, hotel znajduje się na wysokim piętrze, a widoki są przepiękne. Sam widok z salonu jest wart ceny pokoju. 3⃣️ Obsługa lokaja jest ciepła i sprawia, że czujesz się jak w domu.

Good value for money, not too far from the train station. It's not a very central location to explore the rest of Leshan, but there's a cool area across the street with lots of restaurants and some street-side bars in the evening. The breakfast buffet was so-so, and I wish they had a coffee machine.

Kiedy wieczorem poszliśmy do gorących źródeł, nagle przypomniano nam, że z powodu wcześniejszej awarii prądu dzisiaj nie ma wystarczająco dużo prądu, aby ogrzać gorące źródła, więc nie otworzą. Byliśmy naprawdę wściekli, ponieważ oba udogodnienia reklamowane w internecie były dla nas niedostępne, więc nie było powodu, aby ustalać taką cenę, ponieważ hotel nie znajduje się nawet blisko centrum, gdzie znajdują się restauracje i wejście do parku. Bardzo miła pani w recepcji zauważyła nasze rozczarowanie i zaproponowała nam zniżkę lub darmową kolację. Zaletą tego hotelu jest naprawdę personel. Śniadanie również było dobre.

I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value. There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Chengdu. It offers convenience, comfort, and quality, making travel much more enjoyable.

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

Obiekt jest nowy, warunki sanitarne są bardzo dobre, a obsługa również jest dobra. Jednak hotel mieści się w starym budynku, lobby jest na szóstym piętrze, a wejście od strony ulicy jest bardzo małe i niepozorne. Problem w tym, że izolacja akustyczna jest zbyt słaba i dźwięki dochodzące z korytarza i sąsiednich drzwi są wyraźnie słyszalne. Izolacja światła jest również bardzo słaba. W pokoju znajduje się szklana ścianka działowa łącząca korytarz z sąsiednim pomieszczeniem. Światło z pozostałych miejsc całkowicie przenika do pomieszczenia, co jest nieco nie do opisania. Jako nowo otwarty hotel, nie jest w stanie zapewnić nawet podstawowego, spokojnego i komfortowego środowiska do wypoczynku i wykonuje jedynie prace powierzchowne. Naprawdę nie rozumiem. Naprawdę żałuję, że zarezerwowałem ten hotel na podstawie opinii na Ctrip. Nie wiem, skąd wzięły się te wszystkie dobre recenzje...

Wrażenia z pobytu w hotelu są bardzo dobre! Pani z recepcji była bardzo ciepła i troskliwa. Była bardzo cierpliwa od samego początku zameldowania. Nie tylko szczegółowo przedstawiła udogodnienia hotelowe i rozrywkę, ale także dała nam talerz owoców i pudełko cukierków. Zamówiła również dodatkowe śniadanie i gorące mleko dla nas, gdy następnego dnia ominęliśmy śniadanie. Podczas pobytu na wszelkie potrzeby reagowano szybko, co sprawiło, że ludzie czuli się bardzo wyrozumiali. Atmosfera w hotelu jest jeszcze lepsza. Pokój jest ciepło urządzony, czysty i schludny, pościel jest miękka i wygodna, a można dobrze się wyspać. Część publiczna jest przestronna i jasna, a zielony krajobraz cieszy oko. Jest też siłownia i basen z pełnym wyposażeniem. Gorąco polecam wszystkim przyjazd do tego hotelu. Wierzę, że pokochacie to miejsce!
