Os serviços precisam melhorar... Acionamos a recepção para resolver um problema com as cortinas e demoraram quase 5 horas pra resolver. Café da manhã com poucas pessoas trabalhando, tem que ficar pedindo as coisas, demora atender, inclusive pedimos uma tapioca quer demorou pra vir e quando veio, parecia que tinha vindo de outra mesa (fria, dura, com aparência muito ruim). Entorno da piscina está muito sujo. Hotel bem localizado, limpeza do quarto está ok.

Good hotel to stay during a long layover. Quick check-in process, spacious and nice rooms, friendly English-speaking staff and good buffet breakfast. The spa is also very enjoyable. Just pay attention to the airport shuttle (offer trips every 50min around the clock) because the word “Hampton” is very small and easy to miss.

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

GGuest UserI stayed at Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel twice during my trip (April 3–8 and April 10–11), and overall, this was a very mixed experience. I’m an international traveller so I would say I have my fair share of seeing all sides to a hotel. To be a 4 star hotel and to charge premium rates, I would expect certain things. Let’s start with the positive to the hotel - The location is excellent. From the hotel across there is a shopping mall, which makes it extremely convenient for food, shopping, and daily necessities. • Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Aside from one incident, (on my first night, I found red stain marks which looks like lipstick on my sheets, took a photo and alerted receptionist the next morning for a change of sheets. • Room size is spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the “ superior room” and the junior suite. The issues (and they are significant): 1. Misleading room expectations The room I received looked noticeably older and more worn than the photos online. Doors, bathroom condition, and overall finishing did not match what was advertised. It felt misleading. This hotel definitely need a glow up. 2. Poor service & lack of flexibility Service was the biggest disappointment. • Staff were generally not proactive or solution-oriented. • I made a booking error via Trip.com and tried to adjust the dates. Both the platform and hotel refused to help or offer alternatives. • Even a simple late check-out request (which I informed them about in advance and was willing to pay for) was declined without much effort to accommodate. I wasn’t also asking for hours just a mere 2 hours so that I can go to the city to pick up some stuff before my long haul 32hours flight. 4. Billing inconsistencies – check your charges carefully • I was initially charged for 2 minibar items when I only consumed 1. I manage to catch this on time before paying for it. • Laundry count was incorrect (11 pieces sent, billed for 12). Receipts and explanations were unclear, and I’m still not fully confident everything was billed correctly. 5. Missing basic amenities (unexpected for this level) • No iron or ironing board available • No kettle / hot water in the room • No complimentary drinking water • Everything must be purchased separately 6. Language barrier for international guests Not all staff speak English, which can make communication difficult if you’re not Portuguese-speaking. Overall verdict: This hotel is convenient but not service-oriented. If you are Brazilian or familiar with local expectations, you may find it acceptable. But as an international traveler, the experience falls short—especially in service, transparency, and attention to detail. Would I return? Probably not, unless location is the only priority.

I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect. The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive. The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax. We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!! My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time. The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked. There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it. The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable. There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit. The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new. WiFi connectivity was poor. I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this. I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money. Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach. Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.
