After much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Luoyang, and it's no wonder it has such rave reviews – it truly lives up to its reputation. It's located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions, with a subway station right next door and even a shuttle service to and from the station. The staff, both in housekeeping and at the front desk, are incredibly responsive to almost every request. The housekeeping staff provided delightful little surprises every day; seeing that we were taking medication and wearing glasses, they proactively offered us glasses cases and pill organizers. Every day we were here, we could order various snacks and fruits for free, and there was even a late-night snack service. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of snacks and fruits. This level of service truly makes you feel comfortable. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again!

Traveling to Luoyang, this Lijingmen B&B made me experience the whole process! 📍 The location is excellent, just in the core of the old city, close to the Lijingmen City Building, within 10 minutes walk to Luoqi Ancient City and Yingtianmen, surrounded by authentic snacks, beef soup, water mats to eat casually. The environment of the homestay is elegant, the Chinese courtyard style, the small courtyard is super beautiful, the room is clean and odorless, the musk smells very good, the whole house is intelligent, and the details are attentive. The boss and the clerk are super caring, communicate in advance, take the initiative to help carry luggage, store items, and avoid the pit guide, as kind as friends. The price is full, the experience is far more than expected, and I will stay here next time I come to Luoyang!

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park behind it. The service at the hotel front desk is good. The facilities are well-equipped. There are snacks and snacks in the room. The room is very large and there is an office in the building. There is a TV The 65-inch one can project the screen. There is a free parking lot, which is very cost-effective. It is recommended to stay. The unit is nearby for office convenience.

BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. Traveling from Shanghai to Luoyang, I booked a five-day, four-night stay at the Hilton Curio Collection. It's a new hotel with new facilities, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. I can confidently say that the hotel's cleanliness is excellent; I've run my hand over the lamps, cabinet corners, headboards, and table edges, and found no dust accumulation. The gym and pool on the third floor are super new and exceptionally clean. Of course, there are minor issues: the shower water pressure is unstable, and there's a small puddle on the shower floor. However, these are minor flaws that don't overshadow the overall excellent and complete hardware facilities. Whether in the lobby, corridors, or restaurant, every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly. Room service was always prompt whenever needed. In my opinion, the breakfast buffet offers a genuinely rich variety. With just one stomach and one breakfast, I could only sample a little bit of everything. The Western-style pastries are of a very high standard, especially the walnut bread and puff pastry egg tarts – they're a must-try! The auntie making beef soup is great; she can add different side dishes according to guests' preferences. Because of the hot weather and sightseeing, my short-sleeved shirts got sweaty and smelly. The hotel offers a paid laundry service at a reasonable price, and the cleaned clothes are delivered neatly back to the room. When visiting Luoyang, taxi fares from the hotel to various attractions are inexpensive, making it convenient to get anywhere. This hotel, especially the suites, is particularly suitable for family trips with children.

During my recent trip to Zhengzhou, I stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou for a few nights and was overall very satisfied. The facilities are great, the location is convenient, the lobby is grand, and the bedding is comfortable. I also want to thank Manager Thierry for his excellent service. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge were pleasant. However, what really inspired me to write this review were a few small moments during my stay. Shortly after checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk that I’d love to make a cup of tea. Before long, a housekeeping staff member brought up extra tea bags and a hot water kettle with a smile, saying, ”I've brought you a few extra, take your time and enjoy.” It wasn't a big deal, but that feeling of ”you say it once, and they take it to heart” was really heartwarming.

The service was excellent. Despite it being my first stay, the landlady was incredibly kind and welcoming, radiating local charm. The room was spotless and tidy, the bed was comfortable and soft, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support and softness. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always responsive to guests' needs. From patient guidance during check-in to the attentive service of the room attendants, the most thoughtful touch was the airport pick-up and drop-off service – the driver was quick and his service was impeccable.

Let me start with the basics. I've only visited Xin County twice, coincidentally both times in the same hotel and the same room. Opening the window, I was greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of the Huanghe River! A stroll along the riverbank, with a gentle spring breeze, was a rare and delightful experience! A small bridge leads to Xin County Square, the heart of the county! After a busy day, you can drive along the Xihe River to experience its serene beauty and tranquil atmosphere, or cycle through the former capital of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area to pay homage to its heroes and reconnect with your roots!

This location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it.
