Very nicely designed and clean hotel room. The location is very good in the heart of the old town and near the river. Nice view on the street with lush green in front of the window. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I fully recommend this hotel when visiting Wuhan. The only thing: if you are staying with friends there is only a glass walled shower and toilet in the living room so to have privacy you end up mostly just hanging out upstairs in the bedroom.

We stayed there for 1 night in lake-view room on 7/F, it's perfect for getaway. The hotel locates next to Ci Hu, we can access the view from our room. The lobby is grand, parking lots are sufficient. Room is big, all amenities are provided for free. I would definitely come back again with my kid next time.

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

訂到這家酒店，真是絕了！頭天住全季酒店真的踩坑😭 價格不便宜，房間才 20 來平，行李箱攤開走路都費勁，性價比一般😫第二天臨時換了未見山美宿，真是沒有對比就沒有傷害！同樣預算，40 平米大房間，落地窗 + 陽台，推門就是森林溪水，沉浸式吸氧太治癒！床墊軟硬適中，滑雪累癱沾床就睡；洗澡水壓超猛，熱水澡洗完整個人都活過來。硬件、設施、服務、環境每一樣都超預期，衹能説現在的行業太捲了。 房間裏的露台也超級出片，一秒解鎖國際大片！服務更是暖心，管家根據我們的出行時間定製推薦滑雪賞雪路線。酒店門口就有停車位，服務貼心又周到，下車就有管家等候行李服務。衞生細節拉滿，房間內外一塵不染，床品乾爽無異味，住着特別安心。最關鍵的是酒店門口就是免費滑雪班車乘車點，出行超便利，滑雪回來能快速回到舒適的住處休整。性價比和舒適度雙在線，來神農架滑雪住宿選這裏絕對不踩雷！強烈推薦！

This hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in 🤗 (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

坐世紀遊輪宜昌下船想着會比較累，所以決定在這裏住兩晚休整一下。 因為遊輪是在三峽遊客中心解散，所以我就研究周邊比較近的酒店。當時有三家進入我選擇範圍內的，都是可以看到江景的。一家感覺像高端民宿，最近的是皇冠假日，但是有點舊了！旁邊有個新開的温德姆至尊酒店。我雖然愛住酒店但是温德姆衹聽説過從來沒住過，也不太熟！查了下才得知這家温德姆是温德姆集團最高端的酒店，説是定位超五星的奢華酒店。所以在閨蜜更心儀威斯汀一直給我安利威斯汀的情況下我還是堅持訂了這個酒店，一方面是酒店照片裏江景套房的這個大弧度落地窗實在有點吸睛，另一方面想體驗下一個從未嘗試過的酒店品牌（好幾個文裏都介紹這家是宜昌最新最豪華的酒店）。 這個酒店在三峽遊客中心斜對面，步行7、8分鐘，旁邊就是萬達廣場。 酒店大堂34樓，設計得挺漂亮也蠻大氣的。 從35-46是客房，每層衹有兩個江景套房，分別是11和19，我拍的是爸媽住的11房型，朝西南，缺點有夕照有點熱！我住的19是朝東南，缺點是江景不如11壯闊，因為江中有一小塊灘塗。 房間果真很大，動線設計很流暢，佈局也很合理！客廳的沙發又大又舒服，大弧度的落地窗觀長江眺遠山果真視野特別棒！ 房間設施非常新。兩個洗手間；自動馬桶；衣帽間裏有個化粧台；保險箱居然也有兩個；有三處可以掛衣服的橫桿，客廳和卧室還有兩個掛衣服的衣架子！洗護用品巴爾曼，現在用這個的酒店貌似不多了，很多五星都用國產的了。這裏比較特別的是雖然也是大罐裝的，但是在浴缸邊會配一套可攜帶裝的，考慮很周到！洗漱用品初常規的還提供耳塞、面膜甚至還有卸粧巾！這個國內酒店我第一次看到！ 還有浴巾，大概是住過酒店裡的最大的了，幾乎能把我除頭部全包住了！ 歡迎水果、點心很有誠意！ 迷你吧除一般都會有的無糖和一般可樂、雪碧、啤酒外還有voss的水、巴黎水和果汁、薯片，甚至還有費列羅的巧克力，全部免費！關鍵喝完還補！ 膠囊咖啡、速溶咖啡都有，茶包兩個品牌一個川寧一個是英國的，另外還有兩包當地產的茶：宜昌毛尖和宜昌紅茶。感覺酒店蠻熱情也蠻大氣的，想把更豐富的東西帶給客人！ 健身房泳池沒去看，不知道到底咋樣。 行政廊在45層，中午12點-晚上8點提供小食，這裏的行政廊有點特別，現在很多其他酒店除了happy hour下午茶什麼的很敷衍，這裏下午茶倒是正正經經幾款蛋糕、好幾款餅乾、馬卡龍提供（而且都是酒店自製的，味道很不錯，大部分都不甜）。而且全時段都有6、7種水果提供（其他一些諸如希爾頓凱悦啥啥酒店有三種就算不錯了）。 但是哦，happy hour實在搗糨糊，居然衹提供四種冷肉，熱檔衹有兩個菜：炸雞翅和蔬菜炒雜肉腸，另外一個可頌做的三明治，就沒了！！！而且最奇怪的是我們住的兩晚東西一模一樣！一個菜都不帶變的！！！這真的不行啊，應該要改啊！ 早餐是很不錯的，比常規五星好，甚至可以説比某些奢華酒店都要好！鮮榨果汁、地方特色，麪檔提供肥腸、牛肉、熱乾麪等等！有個檔專門製作現做的粥品，放點魚片、蝦仁、皮蛋、肉絲……做出來的粥真的好好吃！ 中餐廳看介紹是廣式茶點那種，不是在地美食所以我們沒吃！ 服務也非常地棒，特別行政酒廊有個跟我三姑名字很像的姑娘劉彩熱情主動周到，也很細緻！自從我閨蜜手機落在酒廊忘拿，之後每次離開她都會提醒下！我很少給酒店點評打那麼高的分，也就因為行政廊的happy hour供應有點拉垮扣0.5分。哦，還有客房外牆玻璃應該多擦擦，有點臟，影響視野！ 酒店很多方面也比較人性化，除了客房裡給足水外，每層樓的電梯區域都有放很多水供自行取用！酒店有近50層，所以每層電梯等候區還設計有供等候時坐的沙發，很有心了！ 這次入住體驗下來總體非常滿意，跟十年前來宜昌的感受完全大相徑庭！可以説這個酒店用一己之力扭轉了我之前對宜昌不那麼美好的印象！哈哈，愛上一個城可以是一個酒店！推薦來宜昌的可以來住一下！

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The suits are spacious, clean, very well equipped, and with a great view. We enjoyed the stay very much! English communication was possible via Wechat and they were very helpful, especially when we forgot something and then were so kind to send it to our next hotel. All in all, would recommend staying there!

Perfect location right on Lihuangpi Road that is the center of where the European style heritage buildings are, adjunct to very local residential communities so you get a close up experience of history and current daily life of the city. The room is clean with good and spacious layout. Bedding materials are quite comfortable. I have had a very good sleep. Also a lot of eateries and coffee shops around.
