⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seven Star Hotel – Excellent Stay and Great Breakfast! I stayed for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The only thing I missed was a bathrobe to use after showering — and it would be even better if the toilet had an automatic bidet. Other than that, everything was perfect: clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Truly a wonderful stay overall!

Your location is top notch. I liked the room. But I don't know about the service. I hope you will improve your service. Anyway, I will choose you again when I go to Kukhothai. Good luck.

room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)

A best stay at this hotel. Highly recommend. Breakfast was great. Both western and chinese food were available. I will book it again.

Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

Convenient location just in the middle of the town; friendly staff& good service provided. So I decided come back here stay 2more nights before finish our Inner Mongolia trip ;)

This place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

Room is cleaned by housekeeping early! do not have to wait until 3pm! Breakfast is really good with large selection/variety from bread to noodles. Very professional and friendly staff, Good English.

Провели в отеле 3 ночи с 11 по 14 декабря 2025 года на 17 этаже номер 1719. 1. Что понравилось: удобный матрас, хорошее и чистое постельное бельё, лёгкое одеяло, удобные подушки, есть дополнительные подушки с гречкой в шкафу. Отличный напор воды, наличие чистых полотенец, есть горячая и холодная вода, в номере тепло, есть телевизор, на русском языке 1 канал, маленький холодильник, чайник и 2 кружки, чай положили 1 раз. Заселились сразу по приезду, ранее указанного времени без проблем, депозит не брали, НО забрали паспорта. При отеле есть замечательная баня, 1 посещение которой входит в проживание. В ней можно купить услуги банщицы,, которая сделает массаж и отлично соскоблит эпидермис. В бане есть зона релаксации с разными комнатами: солевой, нифритовой, массажные кресла, зоной СПА. 2. Что не понравилось: убираются плохо, в номере ковровое покрытие и его не пылесосят, под кроватью гора мусора, мусор выносят по звонку, воду не пополняют, в нашем номере вода из душевой кабинки подтекала к унитаз у и там стояла, так как уходить ей было некуда, в туалет мы ходили только в резиновых тапках. В плательном шкафу на верхней полке большой слой пыли. Телефон не работал, просить вынести мусор приходилось по телефону в коридоре, он был удалён от номера. Это ужасно!!! По звонку воду собрали, но там нужен ремонт. Зачем предлагать такой номер с проблемой за предоплату, если можно купить на месте дешевле, за 100 юаней на месте!!! Общее впечатление от отеля удовлетворительное, но владельцу отеля и менеджерам Трипкоме нужно сделать выводы!!! Зачем продавать номер с неиспраностями?!
