Czas zameldowania trwał ponad dwie i pół godziny, a w holu czekały cztery osoby. 2. Inteligentna toaleta wcale nie jest inteligentną toaletą. Nie ma funkcji czyszczenia. Powinna to być toaleta automatycznie spłukiwana. 3. Na stronie ze szczegółami znajduje się żel pod prysznic z napisem L’Occitane, ale tak nie jest. 4. Ściany, szafki i podłogi nie są zbyt czyste. 5. W kranie zlewu nie ma ciepłej wody. 6. W pokoju brakuje gniazdek, ale w recepcji dostępne są listwy zasilające. 7. W pokoju nie ma żadnych włączników, pełna kontrola głosowa, jedynie elektroniczny panel sterujący przy łóżku, co powoduje pewną niedogodność, a system głosowy jest zbyt czuły i wyskakuje na każdym kroku. 8. Jak na nowo otwarty hotel ma trochę specyficzny zapach. Mimo że powyższe problemy istnieją, hotel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby je rozwiązać, a obsługa jest nadal bardzo dobra.

Cleaning service should be improved. When you arrive in the room it is clear that they do not deep clean between one client and the other, cause the floors are not clean, there is dust, spider webs and there is heavy dirt in the corners of the room and behind the bathroom. Prp: the bed of the room I got was very comfy and soft. The room had a closet to store my clothes, and a big desk that was very convenient for me. The area around the building is very lively with a lot of restaurants and it's quite near the subway and train station (walking distance around 10-15 min). Cons:They should decide if they want you to provide an apartment or hotel service, they are not very clear what their aim is since they don't provide hotel service for short stays (like daily cleaning, they only take the rubbish but don't cleam bathroom and floors) but not even apartment service for longer stays (such as dish soap or a pot to cook, or things to clean the apartment on your own). They provide kitchen and washing machine with no cleaning products or kitchen appliances, not even soap to wash the mugs they provide (that were dirty). The people who work at the reception are friendly but completely disorganised. The first day I was locked out three times from my room cause they could not provide me with a proper keycode and finally gave me a key which I had to sit on the floor to open each time cause it was the emergency key of the electronic dial thing that there is on the door. One day I came back and the cleaning lady took out my electricity card even if I had food in the fridge that could have gone bad. They said that I should not use electricity and the A/C too much otherwise I should have paid more. They never stated this nor on the website or in person. After not providing me with good service, theh repeatedly asked me to give them good reviews and send them a screenshot of a 5 stars review, instead of asking me how to improve their service. Overall, when I booked the price was worth it but I would not book it again now that the price is more expensive.

A very good stay so far and it was made exceptional by two outstanding staff members. 刘玉 at Reception provided a wonderfully warm and offering excellent local tips. Her helpful attitude continued throughout my stay. 夏幸福 (Breakfast & Room Service) was incredibly attentive and cheerful. Her proactive and thoughtful service, whether in the dining room or delivering a meal, consistently enhanced my experience. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset. In fact, their excellent service is the reason I chose to extend my stay from an initial 3 nights to 10 nights, and perhaps even further.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vchill Hotel. The design is unique with a lovely Japandi-style concept, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient, and the room is spacious enough for up to 4 adults, making it a great choice for family trips. Highly recommended.

This one does the job you’re there for business you want to get in and out as quickly and as efficiently as possible breakfast is good. Service is good room are nice and clean. No major issues. Good place to stay good value.

Pokój był prosty i tani z odrobiną luksusu. Widok z okna był niesamowity, telewizor z projektorem był ogromny, a inteligentna toaleta była nieoczekiwanym, ale mile widzianym doświadczeniem! Naprawdę podobał mi się pobyt w tym hotelu. Jest bardzo blisko Nankińskiej Kolei Południowej, blisko sklepów, restauracji i supermarketów, a po drugiej stronie drogi znajduje się mały targ spożywczy. Zatrzymam się tu ponownie, gdy następnym razem odwiedzę Nankin!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

I’m so glad to chance upon this place on Trip. A very memorable stay - very good location in Yangzhou, excellent service, very well kept room and furniture. Thanks to Emma and her team for ensuring that guests are well taken care of. Very thoughtful and impeccable. I’m pleasantly surprised that I got a room upgrade with a little courtyard.
