The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

I stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental and was very satisfied. The absolute strongest point is the location, simply excellent. The room turned out to be very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with every comfort to ensure a great rest. A positive mention also for the breakfast, which was really good. Definitely an experience to repeat.

The campsite is very pleasant and well-maintained, but as always, there's room for improvement. For instance, the restrooms are too far from the main accommodation areas. It would be beneficial to have a toilet block closer to the tent pitches (or wooden cabins). The opening hours for the pool and beach are too short; I couldn't make use of them as they were closed early in the morning and after 6:30 PM. Furthermore, the bar with the sea view was closed, and reaching the other bar was inconvenient because it was located uphill from where we were staying.

the hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros). I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel. nothing bad to say about this location. shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

This is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient. The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot. However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable! Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

We arrived at 1030am and were informed that the check in was at 3pm. Asked twice because we thought it was later than usual. The lady with spectacles insisted it was 3pm. Checked online later, found out it was after 2:30pm. If the room wasn’t ready, she could have just said it so, instead of misleading us.  Second, this was the only hotel in entire Italy that didn’t even offer free water bottles. You would find it in the mini bar and it costs 3 euros.  The amenities consisted of paper cups and small bottles of body wash/ shampoo which weren’t replaced the next day, so we had to make do with what little soap was left. The bed was put horribly together. The bathroom had mold in so many corners, the walls were dirty, didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned in years.  The good thing was that there was spare pillows, a balcony with table & chair. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast we had in Italy. The location was amazing, 1km to the port and there was a grocery shop nearby. The price was also reasonable  (250 euro per night) when we booked. However we considered extending our stay and checked two weeks before we were due to arrive and it had gone up more than 50%, at which point I don’t think it was worth it.

Mixed feelings about my stay at Grand Hotel Parco del Sole in Sant’Agnello. There are some genuinely good points: the garden and pool are well-maintained, and the entrance is magnificent with palm trees that make you feel like you’re arriving at a grand villa. The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is also a convenient plus. However, the hotel feels like it’s past its glory days. It seems it’s now mainly serves British package holidaymakers, and many rules feel outdated. For example, you must return pool towels to reception upon checkout, and they keep your ID at check-in for about 30 minutes to make a copy—both inconvenient and old-fashioned practices. The breakfast is very standard with terrible coffee, which is particularly shameful for Italy. But the worst part was the outdoor seating area in the breakfast restaurant—it was filthy, seemingly not cleaned for a year or longer. Bird droppings and general grime made it unpleasant to eat there. Overall, while the property has potential with its beautiful grounds, the outdated policies, and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend.

Over all experience ! 8/10! Location 10-15 to Sorrento town centre by bus ! Which is right outside. So don’t bother for taxi , or paid car parking ! Sea view hotel. 3 star but with lovely pool , sea view sitting area to relax for guests. Hand wash , hair dryer , small bathroom. Shower area very tight but manageable. Locker. Air con. Room size ( booked Standered) ok. 15M ! Manageable Room cleanliness good . Bed comfortable ! Cupboard. All this in 3 star is mind boggling ! Now Negative points . U can’t sleep for long. Max 8-9am. As check out is 10.30am max. BF 7/10. As other guest start closing doors going for BF so u hear them. It’s a two story hotel with stairs. No elevator. But has help to take your luggage to rooms. Try to take rooms on 1st floor. If u r over 55 plus. But keep in mind. It’s 3 star. With sea view and pool. Last suggestion. Don’t other taking rent a car. Take ferries. Driving on some road here is not very safe with Italian drivers. Plus traffic.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill with very good vires of the Sorrento coast. The amenities provided very good and room was decent too. Staff was helpful. We need just cold medicines Panadol but were unavailable at the hotel. The hotel provides for shuttle bus service at specific times which is good as the place is about 25-30 mins away from the centre. We missed it by around 30-45 mins so had to take the coach buses to the hotel which is also quite reasonable. The hotel was proactive and arranged the Amalfi Positano trip by ferry, with pickup and drop at hotel, which was superb. Overall, we loved our-stay at Prestige.
